then let me reverse the question. Whats the purpose of physically signing the log? My assumption is to keep folks from logging finds that they really didn't find. I also assume that the cache owner compares the written log to the virtual log? Thanks for the help.

Hi all. We just started caching this summer, then it got just too hot. Now that it has cooled off, we have picked it up again. My question is this: Is signing the log in the cache not enough? Is the log on the website for numbers only? I mean, we enjoy caching, but my other half doesn't feel like we need to compete (by showing numbers) to play the game. When I posted our first find on here (a virtual), that is when the "conversation" started. On the other hand, I enjoy reading and learning from these forums, but I often see veteran cachers commenting about other cachers having the numbers or not, either to hide, post about a topic, creating a coin, etc. Is it really about the numbers? If so, I guess we need to start logging our finds online. Thanks

I've seen the free version of the vista prints. The card stock is good and the print looks good. The design choices are a bit different. We order our cards from Prints made easy We were VERY satisfied with their work, communication is great, and the cards look very professional. They cost 14.95 for a samll box. I forget how many come in a box (100??). Shipping is fairly inexpensive as well

PLEASE be careful in Mexico. Depending on where you go, the bad guys prey on tourists, especially if you are driving there. Just take precautions. A couple of bad apples ruin it for the bunch.
