  1. i don't think i posted these - came in yesterday. iridescent dreams — tsun select edition. this is a gorgeous coin, much better in person. the dark colour is translucent and you can see the intricate details underneath. sample coin for spirit dweller golden ute - coin on the top left. 25 trackables minted.
  2. i have a new coin i would like to trade. a spirit dweller golden ute sample coin — non-trackable (only 25 trackables minted according to posts on the forum) i am still looking for the elusive AuntieNae.
  3. you have to have the photo hosted elsewhere and then linked here..... i'll see if i can do that for you.
  4. Congratulation! Even though these old coins look simple, there is something special about them! that's it exactly!
  5. sometimes dreams come true. presenting capt prozac! came in on a horse with no name. thank you thank you thank you
  6. it came in on a horse with no name... edited because i can't spell "it."
  7. i am the same way. don't know if there really is a "norm." i rarely buy new coins, well, actually i can't think of the last new design i bought. i buy the older or slightly older coins. and only one now and again.
  8. auntienae or auntie nae, however it is spelled. and a fluteface.
  9. no.... i mixed up this coin and the other one where you get three and send two on. sorry.
  10. Look up Mystical GreenMan's account in thread. There are 60 of these coins all owned by Mystical GreenMan. They appear to be a gift to lucky individuals. Here's to hoping. yes, you are very observant. due to some that have profited from my kindness in the past and sold my gift to them, these coins will not be released without activating them first. all coins are activated under my profile. they have been activated in all 50 states, with a few duplicates. I note whom I have given or sent the coins to, or what cache I have left them in. while not all of them have been logged, their whereabouts is known by me. I will be aware of any coin that changes hands or sold without my approval through logs on the coins. I don't mind them changing hands, but I do mind someone making a profit off of my generosity. trade them or gift them if you'd like, but selling them is prohibited unless it is for a good cause with my prior approval. having said that, one will soon be available for auction to help raise funds for GCF2014(yes, it has been activated in Texas) also, there are currently 4 sitting in caches, one each in 4 different states, another that was placed in a cache in Ga. has already been found. i think i am confused. do i have to activate the coin since it isn't going anywhere?
  11. your yard sounds like a magical place for sure.
  12. so, is there an auntie nae in there? :-) I wondered what the noise at the bottom of the pile was. Auntie Nae....... now don't go jokin' around. an auntie nae is serious business. although she can be a bit noisy. she quacks a lot.
  13. so, is there an auntie nae in there? :-)
  14. oh happy day... from the auction place and a gift - thank you! tranquility "light — gold" geocoin minted in 2007. it one of the first six tranqulity geocoins made. there was a "light — gold" and a "light —rhodium". the "lights" were never reminted and remain fairly rare today. i have always felt the tranquility was a work of art and is the coin that got me seriously into coin collection. it's all castleman's fault. in castleman's words: "Designed by Paula (CinemaBoxers) the coin developed from a simple concept into what we present to you today! A HUGE BEAUTIFUL PIECE OF ART! Along with the elements that are easily visible in the photos is a multitude of details that can only be seen with the coin in-hand. The coin celebrates why we all enjoy caching and features some of the things we encounter when spending time in the great outdoors. We had nicknamed this coin the 'Earth' coin, but it just was not a fitting name for all of the included details, and 'hidden' elements. The coin measures 2 inches x 3.5mm thick, and has incredible details and textures - too many to list, but so many to discover." Tsun's 2007 earth turtle. the publically available 2007 versions were: *Antique Silver v1 *Antique Copper v1 *Nickel v2 .
  15. what are those in the top two rows? so many coins i have never heard of or seen. amazing.
  16. how very interesting. MissJenn came over here to the UK to go to the Kent Mega a couple of weeks ago. who was the designer?
  17. i must be missing something, i only see the list of coins you have discovered or tracked. no list of what you own. you would happen to have an auntie nae would you? I don't know what goes wrong. Are you still logged in when you use the link? According to my profile I own 1295 coins (not all of them are for sale) something has been funky with safari lately. seems everyday something new doesn't work right. now when i look at someone's trackables, all of them are in one column on the left side of the page. the ones owned are under the ones discovered. when i check that same page in firefox trackables are in two columns, just like always. sigh.
  18. thank you sweetie, but you still have cold, wet, depressing winters. the red passion will help warm you up. i'm good, but thanks for thinking of me!
  19. the mail box was very happy today... a coin i used to own but at one point — but when my car's engine died - twice —i had to sell most of my coin collection. this one i am glad to have back. i don't plan on trying to collect all of them again. i was quite obsessed for awhile until i had the entire set. all of them. first person to do so. no way can i afford to do that. but this is such a a beauty. the seller also included a micro coin but i don't know what it is, couldn't get a good scan and thought i better to not put the seller's name here. i replaced the colour photo on my cointracking account as this is much more true to life than what is there. if you want a better image to replace on your account just let me know.
  20. a cute little blue raja i won by identifying all the gecoins in the banner of a FB group. and an E-auction place coin win, crowsfeat30 copper. this is what sarah had to say about the crowsfeat30: >>the original coins, most of which were sold thru The Geocoin Store, were Shiny Silver. That was the original finish. I also had a limited amount of Foggy Silver made at the same time. The next minting was the Antique Copper, then Antique Silver and Antique Gold. Finally I had made two different two-tone versions that also featured the Raven in black glitter, translucent red in the outer ring and orange glow in the Sun in the raven's beak on the back. I added epoxy to those last ones too....<<<
  21. back into the magical forest, waiting for solstice.
