can anyone guide a computer illiterate dummy? All i want to do is go paperless caching. I have a tungsten e2, a gps, internet access, and a thinning patience. PLEASE help me!!!

I am looking for help trying to go paperless. I have been trying for two days to figure out how to load, what to load, and now am trying to figure why I'm trying to load!!! very frustrating or am I just an idiot? (also new to paperless!) could someone PLEASE point me in the proper direction?? I now have cachemate on my pda (i think) but am unable to get gpxsonar anywhere near my computer. I dont really know what I need to ask for and dont want to give up, but I'm close. Thanks. signed Frustrated
