HeHe....better not let me come....I could be barred from the pub..not because I am too young but because I could clop JeremyP one round the chops hehe (joke) Winchester is ok could hinder everyone from coming though and as you said getting a quiet pub on a weekend around Christmas could be a problem....if not Im sure a good bit of Woodland would be sufficent. Sounds like a fab idea to me....so long as the location is neutral...Winchester is all very well but a little out of the way to make it open to everyone... But will attend if the numbers are signifcantly high. Pid Ben Piddington http://www.buckscaching.co.uk

OOOOOPS sorry MCL you aint gonna like me when my new cache has been planted sorry dude...but hey I got rid of all those MIDI files for ya hehe Pid Ben Piddington http://www.buckscaching.co.uk

Artful Dodger your pages are certainly artisitc! Nice one. I can see JeremyP crinching though...LoL. Yes Northumbrian was saying about uploading to the Server and using Geocaching.com space...I do not use Geocaching.com webspace for my pictures because as Michael said it isnt fair, Only use ones which I link from my own webspace. I agree with Dan, as long as its of interest its cool. Huga you couldnt have summed up what irritates me about caching better!! nice one. The clues that say "At the foot of a tree" LoL....your in a forest of 600000000 trees....LoL, shocking! I like a challenge when we have the time, useually because of the dark though we are forced to make every cache quick, but when we have heaps of time on our hands a challenge in the daylight is the best remedy! Hmmm interesting thought! would have to take it up withthe police for an actual answer but my guess is the landowner because its his land. As regards to all this talk on MIDI files, I am aware they annoy the majority of Users(MCL being one) so as you have said to protect what we have I have taken all the MIDI files off of my pages that could be done for copyrighting...I have left all the traditional music ones though....like the one with "English Country Garden" because at the end of the day that is a nationally sung song which cant have a copyright can it? Dan man, I am calm,,,,extremly calm. Whats the point in the new website malarkey????I aint trying to change any rules. I am just telling you I dont like my mates logging my caches. Simple, am not trying to change your opinion either. You better change your name mate.....Team D+P i think your name is...Hmmmmmmmmm...need I say more. As for the lift thing....Up to you mate if you wanna cache in the dark alone. hehe. Not sure I would Pid Ben Piddington http://www.buckscaching.co.uk

!!! I wasnt referring to all them as a whole !!! I was referring to the one person who doesnt post on the forums or leave a message on his logs of cache finds....He either cant type or is as I said very boring. NOT every cacher that doesnt write on these forums. Ben Piddington http://www.buckscaching.co.uk

I met Peter Howard off of Geocaching.com and only through the internet so I see that as ok to log his caches, because I didn't know him for several years and discover Geocaching with him. The whole reason behind me not logging Dan's caches is about me knowing him for so long and discovering caching with him,, going to every cache with him finding PHowards caches with him, I make my own caches and you log them....don't think its fair or right to log not only your mates cache but your "Team member's" cache either. We obviously have a difference of opinion on this, I have said my mind now so I don't see the point in me explaining it any further. You log my caches mate, just don't expect me to log yours! A shot?? hehe....out of a gun perhaps? Yes I do agree with MCL in everything he quotes in his post, I am not going to delete the post really, never was but was seriously contemplating it at one point. I don't think anyone that posts on these forums would even think about not writing a word after finding a cache, the fact that this cacher in question doesn't post on these forums either says to me that he is a truly boring cacher who doesn't have any bit of faith in the sport...the main thing about Geocaching (apart from the numbers of caches you find!) is the whole ONLINE COMMUNITY spirit, counts for alot if this sport is going to go places, we could do without people who don't really want to take part. The copyright thing isnt really your problem its the person who created the MIDI files problme. I dont hink its a good idea to link the HTML to the source site though....you should download it yourself and upload it again to your web soace, that way you have total control over when it stays and when it goes. MY OPINION NIGEL Pid Ben Piddington http://www.buckscaching.co.uk

I think the whole unfound list being tisy thing should not be a issue at the end of the day if you know its your or a team members cache then it doesnt technically matter. As regards to the getting to the 100 thing I don't think its fair that people get congratulated when they havent really done the 100. Recently on one of our caches a person logged the find without any comments on the page. I think this is just arrogant not sharing any thoughts with others. I am seriously contemplating deleting his log. What do you guys think? Ben Piddington http://www.buckscaching.co.uk

Congratulations Tim and June! Sorry that you wernt in Winchester today as Dan and I were there caching with Team Blitz and wanted to meet some other people. Will be coming back soon though hopefully. Such a nice area. Good luck on the half thousand though now! Hope you enjoyed all the caches we planted for you to find. Keep them bears coming. Pid P.S.. Classic today involved me setting off a banger left over from Firework night as I slopped behind Team Blitz and Dan and lit it in the undergrowth! hahaha classic, they thought the gun man was coming! quote: Originally posted by Dan Wilson:I agree with Slytherin, who cares if you claim it, its up to you, theres no prize for most caches OH MY GOSH! I cant believe how unbelievebly wrong this is. I think it sucks that people think the numbers game is a hoax and its all about the finding,,,Dan is such a hypocrite sometimes. He really worries about getting his numbers up and talks about it all the time but when it comes to talking about it on here he says its ok and the numbers are your own business and its ok to log caches planted by your team memeber...I think hes just trying to get his numbers up...I dont count finds that he plants...he does with mine though. ok fair enough he found it without help but even so I wouldnt log it because I think its unfair to find a cache that your mate planted, for the simple reason in the eyes of other cachers it looks like cheating, and its just plain unfair and wrong. Maybe I just take this game far too seriously but numbers are numbers and I reckon they count in this game. Its the whole pride in the find! Have you noticed why Dan has 2 more cache finds than me ???? (not including Glorious Gloucesteshire Badger!) Pid Ben Piddington www.buckscaching.co.uk

Went to spain to Barcelona in 1998 and went up a mountain with a monastery, called Mont Serrat. Theres now a cache up there....Might just have to go back there! lol. Pid Ben Piddington http://www.buckscaching.co.uk

Dont agree with Jeremy because I feel that if the island is owned by the state of the country then I think it has to be in that country....IE Gibralter is in the British Empire!....besides that its the only bit of spain we got left!!! hehe Ben Piddington http://www.buckscaching.co.uk

Timmy Mallett! Its a game where you have to say a related word so say for instance I say... COW you gotta say FIELD or GRASS or MILK or something related.. Catch is you have to say it quickly,,, take longer than 3secinds and you get a blow over the head with Timmy's Mallet! or in our case a Time and June bear for caching sake. hehe...Sorry T+J so like I said....I'll start with... Geo Cache... Pid Ben Piddington http://www.buckscaching.co.uk

LoL Jeremy! I remember that game, but we didnt use Cricket, just added together the scores. I always lost because of the pub near my house being the Bucks Yeoman...I never had it on my side so my brother had 6points more than me the scamp. Then there was the Pidd's Arms...which is subsequently in my house in the conservatory....(NO joke!) so I would claim that one saying we drive past it already on the way to the house before the Yeoman...therefore I would win by the skin of my teeth. But yes the Crown and the Bell were always a bit of a git. As regards to the DVD player...OFCOURSE I WASNT meaning the driver would be watching it...I meant with it playing in the background the voices would distract him. Another great car game is Timmy Mallet using a teddy bear... OK I'll start. with GEOCACHE.... hehe Pid Ben Piddington http://www.buckscaching.co.uk
