Ditto, All of my cache hides will start out MO, 1 week after the FTF I will change them to all-seekers. I do this simply to reward members and not reward non-members -
I have spent many frustrating hours looking for this cache

Then you need to define what you mean by "average," because that is not at all well-defined for coords that far apart. Do you mean that you are trying to find a point that is the same distance from each of three other points, for example? Exactly...Now how do I do that
-
Thanks but not the info I'm looking for. I would like to know how to average several sets of coords that are miles apart.
-
Does anyone know how to average any set of coords. I don't believe that it can be does by adding the numbers and then dividing by the total number of coords, because all of the numbers are not Base 10.

My daughters, ages 5 and 7, will take one of our old cell phones and play geocaching in the backyard. I'm sure my oldest is hooked. One day we were looking for a film container in a park and the conversation went as follows: DD: Daddy did you look up there in that tree Me: yep its not there DD: you didnt look good enough, look again ok Me: (grumbling) whatever DD: you should look again Me: I ALREADY DID DD: PLEASE LOOK AGAIN Me: ALRIGHT I looked......the cache was there SO she thinks she Ms cacher now.... -
I kinda like that then I have a chance to get to the cache before the elusive Pablo Mac

Car Adapter Keeps Blowing A Fuse In The Vehicle
matfam replied to Team_LPD's topic in GPS technology and devices
There is a short causing the fuses to blow. If the fuse blows w/o your GPS being plugged into it the problem is in the adapter. You may be able to disassemble the adapter and repair it. If it blows only while attached to your GPS then your GPS is the problem. If you want to get rid of it, send me a email. -

I have an Ultrastinger as well. I love it...75,000 candle power. This light is painful to look at in the daytime. Run time on it is about 1 hour. I use it in conjunction with a led headlamp. I also have a car charger for it. Of course I use it for work, I would never have spent the $100.00 for a flashlight otherwise.

Any of the tec-labs products are great. I have a buddy that works there, he brings me samples of their latest and greatest every now and then. It really does work wonders.

The Rat mentioned in Sparrowhawk's post scared the crap out of me and my 7 year old daughter. We still laugh about it.
