  1. Hello out there! Here are a couple of images of my personal coin. I have only given them away or traded them. I am interested in getting any of the year of the rabbit coins in exchange for one of my coins, if anyone is interested. They are antique gold/green or antique silver/blue, all are trackable. Please email me if you are interested. Thanks.

  3. I'm offering $150 for a Tranquility Geocoin - Antique Gold (1st Mint).

This thread is to be used for trades only, please.

My apologies.. but it seems like through out this thread (and even in the beginning first couple of threads, and then some more recently) people had said they were looking for certain coins and would pay for them.

I could see if someone was here peddling coins (saying I have these coins for sale) but these past to requests were offers for coins they were looking for, not coins they were selling.

Perhaps the name of the thread should be changed to trades, wants, and trade lists if this is a trade only thread. Maybe take the word offer out of the name.

Could there be a thread just for people looking to buy coins certain coins seperately from this thread?

    Just some thoughts.

  4. I'm offering $150 for a Tranquility Geocoin - Antique Gold (1st Mint).

Don't have many traders so if anyone has a Whale Trail AE gold, I am offering $150 for one.

This is a trade thread that is quickly becoming a sales thread. Can we please keep it to trades so the thread isn't locked by Groundspeak.

The title "GEOCOIN TRADING, WANTS, OFFERS AND LISTS" leads itself to any offer trade or cash for a coin.. and those two posts are OFFERING money for a coin, not selling one.

  5. 2 new coins in the mail today. One awesome coin that is local to my region that I bought for a mission that I don't want to let go now that I have it in hand.. lol.. (not showing it because it's part of a mission)

and one awesome Rhodesian Ridgeback Lux GeoCoin. Not only do I love Rhodesian's but my husband and I met at a bar called Lux.. and were introduced by a dog. :-)

  6. Reintje de Vos.... lovely coin!!! A fox?? :) I recently saw a video with a guy who had 2 foxes as pets!!! how that was possible?? they were so calm!!!

Oh boy.... and I had the feeling I knew that name "Reintje"... I was sure I heard it again!

Reintje refers to the medieval Reynard fable Gatoulis. link

You being a "historic" man might know the story.

The story has his origins in France, but it was written down in old Dutch too.

The theme Reynard is still being used in many different ways, in relation to foxes.

Reintje de Vos, the geocacher, was my better half for 23 years, until he died.

I was (and still am) very honored his friends made this geocoin in his memory.

This was actually a coin I recieved as part of a grab bag of coins.. and I pulled it out as a coin that i thought was special. I didn't know the story and now am even more honored to own this coin.

I wonder what will be the theme of the name for this one??

What a fantastic use of shadows in the photo for the "ye ole booty" box. It's really quite stunning.

What is that "pile" below the pirate?

By the way.. 23 is my favorite number! My sheltie girl's birthday is 1-23-04. 23 has been very lucky for me. Good luck to anyone who gets the ye ole booty box! I send some good luck with it! :D

Does that pirate have super hairy armpits protruding from his shirt? Lol!

Hahahah.....Those are no hairy armpits, but long lustrous pirate locks.

  8. It's kosher to ask the TB owner. I have a TB that's going to motorcyle rallies and trying to get to sturgies (it's a look twice geo coin on a motorcycle). Someone picked it up with the intention of going to the OCC head quarters in a month and asked if that was ok! I was thrilled! I just asked that they take photos. When they found out that their plans had changed they dropped it in a cache to let me know. I still was very appreciative of the original note asking if they could hold it.
