I use spray glue and then roll my container in the dirt. More spray glue and stick a bunch of leaves to it.

We love it too! I always liked being out in the woods, now this gives me more excuses to do it. Had to wait a year before I could get my GPSr, drove me nuts!

Why wouldn't it be one if it was a virtual cache?

This would be a virtual cache I think. Maybe like a tournament... or could be a league? You have to go ice fishing at the coordinates and take a picture of your biggest fish with the GPSr in the picture. Then maybe have a tournament with a prize for the biggest fish at the end of the season?

I like to sew.... so.... I made one out of my favorite old pair of jeans while waiting for my GPSr to arrive!!!! arggggghhh!!!

Your page has alot of really good info on it. I was thinking it would be nice to have a newbie guide too. I went on my first caching trip last weekend with my dad (he owns a GPSr). Came home and ordered my Garmin etrex basic on ebay Monday. It hasn't arrived in time for this weekend but when it gets here I'll be learning how to do the things you showed me. Thanks!

I'm making "Geocacher" seed beed bracelets. Sorry no pic to post.

I like to make seed beed bracelets so, to tie in with that hobby I leave those. This week I came up with a "Geocacher" design and can't wait to start dropping those off. I think I will also get a box of bandaids (found one in a cache when we really needed it) and also I think each cache should have a pencil sharpener so will also stock up on those.

I found the sport while clicking around on where's george. I thought it sounded like fun and couldn't believe people were actually hiding these things. Dad just got a GPS so yeah! here we go...... I think it's fun to find the spot, search for the cache and when one of us finds it and yells I got it! we all get excited. I like looking at the things inside. I'm looking for stuff to add to my collection of pins, necklaces and stuff on the dash of my car. I like to make bead bracelets and leave them for trade. I think we're all hooked now!
