I cannot retrieve messages when accessing the GC.com message centre via my phone. It's Android; an HTC Desire 620. The browser is Dolphin, which I believe is a take on Chrome. The error message is "communication service error", or I get the standard message centre page with no messages showing. I can access everything on Chrome using my laptop. Any ideas? And, without wishing to sound stupid; why have this message system at all? What was wrong with the old one?
