I am looking for a Palm OS 3.5 software that will supplement my Garmin eTrex by providing mapping software. I want to be able to link my Garmin and Palm Vx to each other and pull the GPS signal to the mapping to show where I am at. Also to do a street search or what not. Do you know of anything that will do this?

I think that the sat is already helping...??? Yesterday I was getting reception at my desk at work while putting in some lunchtime caches when I would never get reception due to the large metal roof. I used to be able to even SEE any sats much less lock on them. Just an observation.

Can you give me a quick diagram of what you mean? I have to stuff to make a db connector, but I want to make sure I build it right. Also, I was thinking some thing similar, if I buy a gender bender and plug my data cable into the palm cradle cable, would that work?

Hey everyone, where can I find a link cable to connect my Palm Vx and my eTrex(yellow)? I would also like to display the GPS info on the palm. How would I do that? I don't have a lot of money to spend so I need to get it right the first time. If you have experience with this please share your knowledge with me. Thanks Will

You guys have to understand that the people are holding these bugs for a reason. Some of you have said that what is the point? You can only submit one photo per Jeep for the length of the contest. People are holding them because it helps them win. The theory behind it is simple, the less TB's out there, the less entries there are, hence the better my chances are. I am not agreeing with the people at all. Actually a fellow cacher I know and I are trying to get the people around here to unleash them. We went to an event and this one guy alone had about 10. My worst experience? I placed a WJ in a cache and then a guy logged the cache upset that it wasn't there. I thought, I just placed that there. SO I went to check it out, and the person who took it logged in the cache log, "Took Jeep, left crappy car AF DW". These people are fast at being crappy people. SO there is my piece. The more people Horde them, the less chances for everyone to enjoy the game. Let's stop killing the game and share the love.

I have been using Keyhole since before Google bought them out and now that Google runs it, it has gotten even better. If you like Google Earth, I recommend buying it for the extra features that come along with it. The main one I like is that I can connect my GPS to the program and move my waypoints into it and see where I just was. Why buy plus? I am new to the Geocaching world and I totally love it. I was overseas for a number of years doing the military thing and I regret not starting sooner and seeing some Euro Caches. I am currently in Nevada and but I am from Austin. I was hoping that someone had a Texas coin that they would be willing to part with.
