Thanks for the warm welcome everyone It still amazes us just how many times we've walked past a sign or walked over a bridge utterly unaware of what is right under out noses!?! Amazing! Having so much fun and the kids love it ! think the dogs nackerd now, poor thing looks at us with her sad eyes saying " please not again?!" Haha!!! Your right sol seeker it really gives you that get up and go to get out in the cold, in the winter and my God do I love my central heating but having too much fun , shame about then lack of light in the evenings..... We only started Geocaching recently thinking it gave us something to do on our walks with the kids and the dog..... WOW that soon took a turn,and pretty quickly too! Didn't realise just how addicting it could be?! We find them on our way shopping,home from work, my other half has even dragged me out of bed at God knows what time in the morning, to go trailing round some creepy woods in the dead of night because a cache was 'released' pretty close to where we live and he wanted to be the FTF? hehe this is going to be one very fun year! Just thought We'd drop in and say Hi! Was told about this 'GeoCaching lark' via my in laws a few days ago, so thought we'd give it a go today before we sat down for our new years dinner. So installed the iPhone application and had a nosey round the website, grabbed the kids, in- laws and dog and off we trotted ..... and had the best day ever! Cant believe we haven't heard about this earlier?! found 3 already and have to say we are planning to go out again tomorrow to carry on with our new found hobby! great new way of losing that extra Christmas weight we've all gained and get out into the great outdoors! Wonderful way to start the new year....In style! Regards the Peckwoods
