if that's about right, then so be it...
i'm not really into the whole collecting thing, and blowing £800 on coins that will be put into caches really isn't justifiable at the moment.
Oh well, seemed like a good idea at the time
just an idea for you, have you thought about 'pathtags' as another way of getting a personal coin
they can be found HERE

Our Wooden Nickel will be arriving next week!
We are willing to trade these for wooden nickels, tokens, coins, and other sig. items.
Please email us and we will be happy to trade with you.
Other than wooden nickels we also have 20 numbered handmade sig. tokens(only 13 left), which were made using mostly real foriegn currency coins which were ground down a bit then stamped. These are reserved for special trades! If you have a proposal, email us!
If you have nothing to trade look around we will be spreading the wooden nickels into caches. Later this year we are planning an event with some new caches and have reserved a couple of the tokens for this.

2006 Canadian Benchmark Microcoins
Introducing Canada's 2006 Benchmark Microcoin. They will be sold in packs of 5. Each pack will contain 4 Antique Bronze coins and one LE Satin Gold coin for $25.00 CDN.
The top of the coin is beveled with a thickness in the middle of 3.5mm tapering to 3mm at the edge.
As you can see from the picture, they are just slightly smaller than a Canadian Quarter. Size: 22mm, thickness: 3.5mm
A total of 500 coins were produced in the following quantities:
* LE Satin Gold - 95
* Antique Bronze - 385
* Antique Copper - 20 (Trades only)
This coin has it own Icon and is trackable on geocaching.com.

Anyone got a Lancashire Geocoin ??
You may have noticed that they are no longer named as a Personal Geocoin................but instead they have now been named by mistake as "Lancaster Geocoins". This is now being put right by Groundspeak.
Both the correct name and the Icon should be uploaded within the next 7 days !!
