Same problem here in Australia too. I had a new cache published local time of 4pm. As the owner I got the published notification at 5.28pm and then the new listing notification at 6.34pm then again at 12.15am. Also have only received about 1/2 of my email logs on my caches logged today. My new cache was found by 2 people who both logged it over 6 hours ago but I havent received the email notification of that yet at all!
