  1. Here is the story I posted before Jeff / drexotic As you can see I'm having a bit of trouble as well
  2. You are correct, however, if the San Diego County line stretched just a tad bit more north Rabbit Peak would take the trophy standing at 6666'. Sounds like a nice resting place for a geocache..... PassingWind With photo's and mention of dropping Yrium cards on Rabbit peak it sounds as if you made the trip without incident. I was hoping that you (PW) would tell us about the trip and contrast your experience with that in the link above!?! (OH come on . . . . Please!!!) Thanks, Jeff / drexotic
  3. PW, Tell us about bagging Rabbit Peak!!!!
  4. I'd like to take over Time out. I live close and I had quite an experience finding it. I emailed PT as well. Thanks, Jeff / drexotic
  5. I'll say . . . And it changed in a blink!
  6. I vote for icon #1! (Let us know how the coin proceeds)
  7. You are correct, however, if the San Diego County line stretched just a tad bit more north Rabbit Peak would take the trophy standing at 6666'. Sounds like a nice resting place for a geocache..... PassingWind Here is a description of the ascent of Rabbit's peak. Better put a weekend aside to place that cache! Jeff / drexotic
  8. Guess my second question is: Does anyone have a program that will convert the UTM coordinates to a format that GPS Coordinate Grabber can convert to something usable? Jeff / drexotic
  9. I know that many in our San Diego Caching Community have climbed the significant peaks of the county. I thought that this list of local peaks would be of interest and I would be interested in knowing how many of the list you all may have bagged? Jeff / drexotic [Now where did I put that spell checker??!!??]
  10. That happened to me as well. I think something happened to my KML file. I just deleted and reloaded the KML file and it worked fine.
  11. Got to Max's Park at ~10:00 AM. No one there at all (that seemed odd). Took two #28's and 2 misprints. They look great! There were 4 more regulars and maybe 6 misprints left. drexotic
  12. Hey I'll take 2 . . . Or would you like to trade for my personal Pocket Lint coin?
  13. I had them in my hands and they vanished as I Paypaled for them?!?! Guess there was more than 50 of us after them!!!
  14. Way to GO J&J (and anyone else I've missed).
  15. Why do you ask? Considering your options?
  16. Put me on your list for 1 please. Thanks, drexotic
  17. Emailed for one. Any chance of getting #25? (I should have commented on the order form). Thanks, drexotic
  18. No problema! Email sent. Thanks, Jeff / drexotic
  19. I can't tell you how much I respect the community of Geocachers here in San Diego. Had I come into a community of angry self centered people as exists elsewhere I doubt I would have developed the love that I have for this sport. Contrast what is going on up the street with what has been happening here this weekend and you can see some remarkable extremes of the personality of two groups of cachers. Again I must say THANK YOU San Diego Geocachers for who you are and the respect you show others! Jeff / drexotic
  20. Great work C4. I'm in for 4-5. I'd love to set a few free to go on caching! Jeff / drexotic
  21. I found a YMS #11 in Recess today. It looked as if it had been there for quite a long time. What a surprise!
