BTW we tried 3 different browsers (IE, Edge and Chrome)

we have 3 computers at home all hooked up to the same wifi nework, on StarChildC's computer every time she clicks on play, find a geocache she gets a 500 server error, everything else works fine on her computer, the other 2 computers have no issues reaching that page, any ideas?
