There's a few reasons for me: 1. Because that's the nature of the game. If nobody hid any caches then it wouldn't be much of a game now would it?f 2. Because I've found most of the caches within 100 miles of my location so it gives me something to do. 3. Because I enjoy hiding as much as finding.

I'm at 118 finds, 21 hides (and 2 pending). I was aiming for a 4 in 1 ratio but am a little behind that right now. I've found most of the caches within 100 miles of my location so if I don't continue to hide them I won't be a geocacher anymore!

I've only just learned that Locationless caches are being archived (I live under a rock you see!) and was wondering if somebody could direct me to a topic regarding the reasons why, or post them here, since we can't use the search function right now. Thanks.
