    3rd International math trade starting now!

    We've been contacting senders as packages have come in and have been tracking our mail outs via the forums. Thanks to everybody for posting progress here.

     

    We're still waiting to receive from: UKTIM, TOKYOBLOSSOM, 2GOLFERS, WHITBY and JAN AND THE PERCEY BOYS.

     

    We have not yet seen confirmation that our packages have reached: UKTIM, BLOODYBEER, LINDSYCHRIS, -ELEANOR-, THE MOOP ALONG, CHEESYPIGS, DOC256. All packages were mailed May 17, which was in the middle of a long weekend here and just 2 weeks ago, so at this point I'm not yet concerned that anything is lost in the system. We'll keep monitoring.

     

    Thanks again to everyone who participated and especially to Katja for organizing.

     

    I received your coins some days ago and sent you a confirmation per email (at least I think I did :) ).

    Geocaching Germany Geocoin

    I bought an unactivated Geocaching Germany geocoin off ebay. It is a great looking coin. Only problem I am having is that I can not for the life of me, find where to get the activation code. The original owner did not even have a clue. Can anyone help? I have the silver one, but could not find a pic of it.

    It its as Castleman wrote in his posting: Normally this coins are delivered in a small plastic bag with a paper slip that shows the activation code. So I think, the guy who sold the coin to you should have the code. I don't think the shop will be of any help.

    Some years ago I had lost the activation codes on one of my coins. I send an e-mail to Groundspeak and asked for the code. They were very helpful then.

    My postage was $27 - one package to Germany over $5 :D . My postmaster also says that I don't need a customs form. I have had pretty good luck sending them without - only one package has ever went missing for me.

     

    Lucky you. I had six packages to the United States and Australia. Each one cost me 7,80 Euro, thats 11,43 USD :D

    Seven Summits Geocoin

    We wanted to give people a quick update as the the Trackable Seven Summits Geocoin Series.

     

    Since the start of the year, we have put out the current Appalication Trail Series Geocoin. We wanted to do Seven Summits at the same time but we just didnt have the time. As such, we are going to complete the series once we are compelete with the AT Geocoins. This should happen in Feb/Mar of next year.

     

    They will continue for 5 months, 1 a month.

     

    When we have more information, we will post it.

    The coin you've identified as "Regions of Germany" is a "Germany Geocoin". The "Regions of Germany"-coins will have a somewhat different icon.

    I have a similar page...you can find the names of most icons here. The ones with the * I have not seen on anyone's profile, so I the name might vary from what I have listed. It is complete as of last week.
