  1. I don't do the rally thing tho' I do go caching by motorbike... SV650S and XT225... both bikes have mounts for my Garmin Quest
  2. This cache seems to get quite a few muggle visits. They have just signed the log and put it back so far.
  3. Actually, I probably would have been the first to DNF that one. Ah it isn't that bad!
  4. Seriously. I remember the good ol' days in Central Jersey when I could show up three days after a cache was posted and get the FTF. Now-a-days, this timing usually puts me on the 5th or 6th page of the log book. Actually, if I see a cache is getting hammered, I'll purposely hold off for a while before finding it. If you had gone for this one three days after it was published, you would have gotten the FTF: GCRGJA
  5. Got the blue XT225 about a little over a month ago so I can go places that my SV650S can't (or won't)
  6. So I guess I'm not the oly one to get this message: You are not authorized to view this page You might not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials you supplied. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you believe you should be able to view this directory or page, please try to contact the Web site by using any e-mail address or phone number that may be listed on the www.geocaching.com home page. 7. Ah yes! We gots lots of good food planned! oh and some caching too!
  8. Internet sales manager for a Toyota dealership (hey, gotta pay the bills somehow!) and semi-professional artist/photographer.
  9. Well there's SJG... I, myself am just outside of Trenton... any other motorcycle cachers out there?
  10. I have a RAM mount for my Quest on my SV650S (which has clipons); by shifting the right grip just slightly, I was able to fit the mounting bracket onto the clipon. To keep this more on topic, I had thought about buying a Bergman, looks cool as well as getting good fuel milage but I just felt too ackward riding it... friend of mine has the Kymco scooter and loves it... at one point I'll probably try it out just to say I did. Here are my two rides; SV650S and XT225 (just got this one 'cause the SVS don't like dirt roads):
  11. During the warmer time of the year, I'm on my 2003 Suzuki SV650S, winter time, I'm in my '95 Mazda MX3... looking at getting a dual sport bike so that I can do more off road caches without having to hitch a ride with someone.
  12. The only cache I own that I also have a logged find on is this one GC4AA4...
  13. Central Jersey here, just outside of Trenton, overlooking chaos. In regards to the splotch, I've been puttting caches out in the area! Got a couple of other spots I got my eyes on, just need the time to set the caches out
  14. Congrats from another Cajun, may you find many more!
  15. That's true! The larger cameras can be a little cumbersome to carry around (especially on a motorbike). I have a Fuji A210 point and shoot that I carry in my tankbag. Have gotten some great shots with it, shooting at the highest megapixel setting(you can always shrink the image in photoshop).
  16. I like 4wheelin_fool's caches always learn something new about an area with his... I've tried to do the same with mine (may not have succeeded tho'!)
