Congratulations! For the next race, do you use the same cars? or release some new ones? quote:Originally posted by jbmccarthy69: _And the winner is:_ http://www.geocaching.com/track/track_detail.asp?ID=1895 who made it all the way to http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.asp?ID=10822 in Maine. The new race is to see who can now make it all away around the world and back to Sacramento, CA; the starting point. http://www.dgweb.com/~mccarthy/miatablk.gif
  3. quote:Originally posted by chloew: I meant to submit this as a suggestion myself, so I very heartily support this feature. An additional feature I would like to see on the Search page is to ignore Found caches as well. My list of found caches close to my home zip code is considerabley larger than the list of unfounds, and each search results page only displays a few unfound cashes while filling the page with found cashes. This makes the use of the easyGPS download less efficent as well because I need to download several files with only a few caches each from consecutive results pages. I AGREE! I also need a filter that masks CACHES YOU FOUND and those marked as IGNORE or DON'T WATCH.
  4. quote:Originally posted by Jeremy Irish: I'm planning on creating options that you can create, which will allow you to do a filter request. For example: . Create a file of caches in the state of that I haven't found yet, and include traditional caches and virtual caches only between the ranges of 1 and 4 stars difficulty and 1 to 3 stars terrain. Send me a copy on a weekly basis on Friday. . Create a file of caches that contain travel bugs and email it to me on a daily basis. . Send me a Palm file of cache descriptions for the above requests. The site will then a) generate the loc file and email it to you when you want it. The window will probably be several hours in case of high traffic. Jeremy And there needs to be a filter for the caches that I mark as IGNORE or DON'T SHOW on My Cache Page/Nearest Geocache(s).
  5. See: http://www.geocaching.com/track/track_detail.asp?ID=2853 This GeoRace has 3 TBs. quote:Originally posted by tracy3636: Is there a way to link travel bugs so if you go to one TB page you can click to see the TB racing partner etc... without giving the number away?

March 17 by ThingsThatExplode (10 found) Still, he took a beaded necklace, and we left behind the Cannonball Run Viper Travel Bug...somebody PLEASE take this further east! It's still in first place. I don't have the number off the travel bug, but here's the link to its web site: http://www.geocaching.com/track/track_detail.asp?id=1895&LID=6252 OK. We need somebody to get this GeoRacer TB over the Great Smokey Mountains into North Carolina or Virginia. I can pick him up in Virginia (and possibly West Virginia). Go Speed Racer Go! PKPaul

Perhaps ya'll can do the same for the NASCAR racers, in their race to the Pacific and back. PKPaul PS What if a GeoRacer is placed in a cache that already has another GeoRacer? Is that a crash?

I see GeoRacer #18 (Bobby Labonte) is in Utah already! Wow! The #2 car and #9 are hoping for a caution to get their laps back. On-the-other-hand, they maybe using fuel strategy... CONSERVE YOUR FUEL BOBBY! Or maybe they are trying to take in some local NASCAR races/venues/photos, and get many points that way. I think that the transponders on the cars may not be functioning correctly, because the scoreboard has not registered the last several laps. ;-) "This car's too loose" "This car's too tight" "This one's just right" Fly like the wind Bobby!
