When I fist started placing caches I used to list the items the cache started with but I think people not really care that much as long as it is not junk.The last time I listed contents was a temp.cache with 5 solid siler coins in it,that cache was gone quick. Well it's been found and I feel so bad the cacher that picked it up e-mailed me to day to tell me he was sorry for not moving or logging they had a death in the family and had no time to get to any thing else.Well I e-mailed him back and said I was sorry for being a behind.H he promised to log and move it happy ending.

  11. I made some cache pods for a multi-cache I did the other day and I made 2 out of 1.5 caps and plugs 1 from 3in pvc. I would follow my GPS to the gates of hell if it pointed that way.

I don't think you can set a x amount on when you put out a cache but I do think you should start with a easy one close to home or on the way to some place you go often so you can make changes if need be.I also think when you are hidding a cache you should keep in mind -would I like and have fun finding this is it to easy or to hard will someone brake something getting to it would I leave a good log on it.   17. The picture they posted is the very pod I'm talking about that is a really great cache pod it is air/water tight and it has it's own hook for hanging from banches and a nail head.It is my most favorite pod to use. I would follow my GPS to the gates of hell if it pointed that way.
  18. I think that there sould be a new cache size called "mini" because there is a cache pod I like to use that is bigger than a mico but smaller than a normal,and you can buy them at any army/navy store. I would follow my GPS to the gates of hell if it pointed that way.

I also lost a travel bug 'The cell' I released it from a cache of mine and the person seems to have fell of the planet.I have e-mailed them at least 5 times and nothing,I said I would come pick it up if needed and still nothing.Now I know it is just a box made out of Zoo blocks but I made that box about 4yrs. ago and have been holding on to it wait for some thing to do with it.I know I should just blow it off and all but I was really proud of it.If you should see it please e-mail me. One day I was placing a cache and I was crossing a pipe in in the stream there was this branch of a fallen tree blocking the way so I broke it off.Well on my way back from the cache I got to looking at the limb and thought "hey I can do some thing with that".Well now I got this little business/hobby,I make custom hiking and walking sticks and cains.I have sold one and made up some more for people to look at.   25. a real good way to make sure a PVC pod will open and close easy is to take wax and grid it into the treads of the lid and work it back and forth till you can tighted the lid almost all the way with out it sticking.You can also in your post to remind people not to over tighten the lids.
