im down in dublin, southwest of granbury. i travel from here to the metromess fairly often and would love to cache with someone. come a good freeze i highly recomend the caches on interstate 20 around cisco and thurber area. anybody want to go give me a yell

i dont blame you for wanting to get out of the city. and those little park caches are great but not the same as real country! go south young man! go down 67 past cleburne to glen rose and do the day at dinosaur valley. there is more than a day's worth of caching and the terrain is cool as could be. closest thing to a mountain as you will get around here. you wont be sorry.

ok. let me get this straight. im not a bright man so type slow. you guys are saying that if i buy premium membership then my map will show my found caches again. right? im still fuzzy cause when i go to the page hawking premium membership i dont see that listed as a benefit. but like i said, im not a smart man.

i blame the lack of found icons on the maps for my waning interest in geocaching. its so hard to know where youve been and hard to keep the boy interested when he cant see his conquests! can anyone tell me what is up with it? i would be happy to pay premium membership if that is what it takes. so whats the deal????

i cant speak to how the police will react but as an former militarybomb squad member i can tell you that if it gets that far it is going to be taken serious. and some yahoo coming up and telling me that the tupperware container im about to go down on is a game is going to get little attention from me. i may suggest he open it for me.....

since about christmas i no longer get that self satisfied feeling when i look at the map page. the caches i have logged are no longer designated as white...versus green for new and blue for old. what gives? who did i p... off????

im working on a kind of xtreme sport type competition utilizing pacing, compass and map, dead reckoning and gps use. the legs woulld end in caches with new coordinates, batteries, food, etc.

i like to leave dr pepper pins. i work there and can get them at discount. i hope people like them. i think they do. they do dont they?????

back in the late 80's before geocaching existed my wife and i hiked the live volcanoe on the big island of hawaii. we found a plastic grocery store bag full of storebought food, canned tuna, etc. it was an offering to pele along with some incense and leaves. amazing that people still worship a volcanoe in this country these days. we didnt disturb it. im not a believer in pele but im not stupid either.
