  1. I will be there! Please come by and say "hello".. I will be the tall redhead with a hog on her clothing .
  2. I just want to add that it really is a good thing they catch the errors at the factory. Though the delay is a hassel and dissapointment. Think about how long it would take to fix and error if they arrived over seas. Oh, that would be way worse. They do business differently over there. If we would like the service of a US company this coin would be well over 20.00 a piece! We all do the best we can with the cards we were given. But they really do hold the deck. They are learning the American way "pay more get less" You all are getting close! I can feel it!
  3. The size of a coin is measured by the longest points. So on the Vs nerd if you put him on top of the v1 I think you will see that they are the same length. The first version is a little wider based on the artwork. I can't wait to see more. They are all so cute.
  4. Wow, someone at Hogwild might want to read Snoogans' TB Longevity Clinic before releasing something like that trackable figurine. He has had several test runs...first round not successful. Went back and remade him and he is a tough little guy.
  5. Pretty Jackie! I hope we can trade GW coins.
  6. One trackable you will be seeing very soon is This cute little guy.
  7. That's a great point. I think the biggest concern for people right now is: "How do we let the general caching public know that these are trackable and not swag?" TBs are easy. They are a consistent 'brand' and image that people can easily identify. Once you've seen one, you know what they look like and can easily identify the next one by the tag. Coins are harder since they all look different and some coins are trackable and some are not. New items will be even harder because (within reason I'm sure) anything could be trackable. People may not know that a gem, rock, action figure, wooden totem pole (or festivus pole ) is trackable and may keep it as swag. The best thing may be to add a tag to the trackable item, in which case you would come full circle to just using a TB tag. The only difference I can see in this scenario would be having a unique icon for your trackable swag. This is all speculation of course... I think you summed it quite nicely there! I'm not interested in this particular trackable, but other things are sure to catch my fancy eventually. The biggest issue, I agree, is making sure people know they're trackable. While I think the idea is unique and even kinda cool, I don't see the point in not just adding a TB tag to a similar item except for the icon. Makes me wonder what is in store for us down the trail. The public will decide what they like and time will tell what works and what doesn't. When you think about it though. I is more cost effective to purchase an item with the number on it then having to also purchase a 5.00 travel bug tag.
  8. Hogwildstuff will be debuting a new trackable item at Geowoodstock. It will fit on your album, but most definetly not in it. I have a adorable sample sitting right here in front of me and everyone who sees it just loves it. It will bring a smile to your face. Now I think on some items the question ultimatley is: will people realease them to travel? That one is hard to answer. Here is how you know ours is trackable. Like all trackable it says so.
  9. Any remaining coins will go on sale on the site, after the event. Gak... so its first come first serve at the event? I sure want to pick up at least one of the shirt/coin combos, but fear I'll not find the table in time! Don't look on Saturday will not be selling. Friday afternoon or Saturday night is when they will be available. And it will be hard to miss the really tall bald guy in tie die!
  10. Any remaining coins will go on sale on the site, after the event.
  11. Pitiful really... April 17th - and I've been told this is for sure. 8 more sleeps. Along with the delayed GeoGuitars are 5 other delayed coins of ours. Staffing shortages are hitting them pretty bad - they said they're training people in almost all areas who aren't up to speed productivity-wise yet and this is a big and complex order. On the bright side... we'll have them for GWVI You are a patient lot and I really appreciate that you're not sending me 'howlers'. Thank you! Helen Helen, I feel your pain! I feel your pain! Nothing is coming out when they say, not matter how simple!
  12. After a months of planning, drawing, begging, redrawing and some old fashion compromise we are very excited to have our LAST Tie die Shirt! A combination of sun catcher and Imitation Hard enamels is going to make this a spectacular coin! There will be 350 minted total. 150 are a silver LE tranlucent shirt, that will be sold with a matching tie die shirt. Though the shirt will say "peace love MEGA events" 200 Gold will be produced in tranlucent and solid imitation Hard enamel colors. 2" longest side. We think this is a great way to retire our fun little coin. We hope you do too. I hope you all enjoy the coin as much as we do and stop by and say "hi" if you are going to be in California!
  13. Whoa! TMI! I said kid friendly! And yes I did know that, I do all my bills in terms of geocoins... the heating bill usually costs a templar, an earth turtle and a couple of FTF coins... Hey, Kids think the word underwear is funny!
  14. Underwear for my husband! Did you know you can get one coin for one pack of underwear?
  15. WOW! That was fast! 7 minutes! You can imagine our cart went a little crazy. Due to the huge demand in such a short time the cart over sold by quite a few and the V1 is completely sold out. There might be a few extra, but we will not know that for some time. They are neat coins and we want all who would like a set to get them. I am proud to announce a presale of the satin gold and satin silver version. This will have a dark deep red color fill. The preorders are open until Saturday night March 29th. Thank you all for your kind words about the design your patience and understanding of the demand. We really appreciate it! Satin Silver Sword Satin Gold sword

  18. ha! I never noticed that and that icon is the cover of the file for this project. I guess I could have played.......not that it would have done me any good! Congrats to the winner!
  19. I have had to back for one or two or three million times to find one of these.
  20. The first pictures were cool. But these pictures really do much better justice. Very nice!
