White elephant new or used, a regift or sumthin nice, geoswag or not, gag or thoughtful....really doesn't matter. wrapped or disquised in some manner. a gift gets a seat at the table and gets a gift at the end. rules: everyone gets a number. #1 choses a gift.. #2 then can take gift from #1 or new gift. ...#3 choses a gift from 1 or 2 or pile ect ect. HOWEVER if you have a gift taken by an other person, you then can chose a gift from the pile or from another person. The third person to hold the gift keeps it! example....cacher 1 takes a coffee cup, cacher 2 likes the cofee cup and takes it from 1, cacher 1 can NOT take the coffee cup back and grabs gift 2 an ornament. cacher 3 likes the ornament and takes it from cacher 1, cacher 1 can now get the coffee cup and cacher 2 finds anoter gift. the coffee cup is now out of play. TRUST ME I HAVE DONE THIS A BUNCH.

We too have been told we are going to the camp. Well itsnot like we where complaining too hard about it either. We are stoked about this event and are eagerly waiting tilits anouncement.

I guess we have been volunteered to hold this one. SO...... we will be holding a CHRISTMAHANAQUANZAKAH FESTIVUS FOR THE REST of US party on Sat. Dec 8. Time TBD

A couple of us have been throwing around the idea of a holiday celebration party for the family. This party is loosely scheduled for Dec 8, for a late afternoon evening event in the Gig Harbor / Tacoma area. just wanted to throw out a word to see if there is any interest an event during a traditionally very busy time of month. :P

After talking Scoob yesterday at the luau, we are SO there. We will send the little man to grandma's house for the night. We will do a scouting mission Monday AM for breakfast locals. Decent affordable restaurant, know of a Sharies, Dennies and OCB. Will look, tough on Sunday morning due to after church rush.

I love the idea of a south sound group. There are some very strong and good to know cachers in the Pierce, Mason, Thurston and Kitsap areas. And man can you tink of the event we could throug if we got all tese minds together? with Mt Rainier in our backyard kinda makes sence. I could even be convinceed to help organize. The lack of a SSGG (south sound geocaching group) has kept me from joining the WSGA. My only concern is leaving a group or area out..such as the area sout of te listed counties. ow may groups are needed and how much is too much? I have long thought about a meet and greet in the Tacoma area. I have also thought about a flash mod event in the area. The idea of a kids day event has also been tossed around.

We are looking for the key cahes to have under our belts as we approach 500. We are planning the APE challenge and Original Stash for the summer. What else are the must haves?

We love the ideas already mentioned in the above posts. GH is on our calendar. Yakima, Palouse and OH YES Missoula. Another idea for future... a rub to Boise? We will see what we can do to make this happen.

We cache as a family. The three of us, all under one id. We cache as a family the majority of the time, all together. Mon, dad and baby, multiple eyes help to find the hides. Extra set of hands helps with baby (14 mo old) safety ect.
