  1. OK, I stand corrected, and you are absolutely right. So I will modify my request to be able to filter out Disabled/Inactive caches from the Geocaching Google Maps... Ginny Meyers GeoGinBo You are not seeing any archived caches. They greyed out boxes are only disabled caches. A disabled cache is temporaraly unavailable. Archived indicates a permanent status. That said, that would be very usefull and I would like it as well. Edit for clarification
  2. Hi, On the Geocaching Google maps, could you please give the Premium Members the option of filtering out the Archived and/or Inactive caches? They are certainly identifiable as they are grayed on the map, and the listing on the right side shows a line thru the name -- it sure would clean up the maps if we could do that.. it's kind of aggravating when lots of the map area in a given location is mostly archived caches... Thanks for your consideration Ginny Meyers GeoGinBo
  3. Of course I didn't put in my home coordinates!! Silly me!! I misinterpreted what that meant and thought my home coordinates were somehow associated with my profile. Thanks -- now I get what I expected to get. My first PQ, you see...
  4. When one sets up a PQ and then Previews the results, what order are the caches listed in? can we specify the order in some way? Caches that are near my home don't show up at the top of the queue, and I have a hard time determining if I am getting what I want -- the distance from my home coordinates don't show in the preview, so am I missing something??
  5. On the general page that lists caches by a selected search mode, a distance and direction are shown on each cache. However when I click on a particular cache to get more detail, a different distance is shown from my "home coordinates". Where do my socalled "home coordinates" come from? When I do my selection, I choose by my home address lat/lon, and the first page appears to be correct. Could someone please explain the difference to me??? Thanks..
  6. I have NA City Navigator 5.0 that I use on a Streep Pilot III -- can that software be used, i.e. downloaded to the 60CS? Can anyone tell me the difference between NA City Navigator and City Select? It seems to me they are so similar, at least when viewing in MapSource. BTW, I haven't bought a 60CS yet, but am seriously considering it....
