  1. I've done my research, and I could be bothered to read it: and - "In reality, however, the performance of this test bed is quite good achieving accuracies of the order of 1-2m in core of Europe". Why can't I, in the flattest part of the UK, get it. Or see sat no. 33? I understand that Sat No. 37 may be on test but I'm getting very irritable. Not that it will do me any good of course.

  3. I'm Robin - I used to chat a lot on IRC and ICU - I used Nibor (Robin backwards). A few of our trans-Atlantic cousins worked it out and I spent far too much time explaining that I didn't like being "hit on" as I was NOT female. I liked the Nib bit so moved to Nibbly, and as this is now a family enterprise we're the Nibblers. Solo finds I refer to myself as Nibbly in logs.
  4. So it's not just me then - I've been trying everything in the last week since I took delivery of my Legend to get sat 37 more than a greyed out bar with no Ds anywhere on screen. And as for sat 33 - I've never seen it - is it real or mythical?
  5. I just tried to change my login name on GeocacheUK and got lots of time outs? Is it me? BTW - taking delivery of a Garmin Legend GPS unit (GPSr to our trans-Atlantic chums as I understand it) tomorrow so despite having found, and not opened, a couple of caches in my immediate area yet will do so with the distafff side leading the way this weekend - hopefully. BTW - Salutory Tale is about 200m from my front door - took ages to find. Will log this when opened and signed.
