This was now two days ago. And did they fix the problem: NO This is a no-go for a commercial website. We spend Groundspeak millions of dollars and they are not able to fix a known problem within two days. Very unprofessional :-((

Same to my: - Search function on the start page does not work. - No logs visible on the cache pages. - No maps visible on the cache pages. - Creating a pocket querry along a route does not work. IE9 on WIN7

Now even the search at www.geocaching.com does not work, the logs are gone at each cache and both maps at each cache website are not visible. Why do I pay 30 USD if common thing do not work and known bugs are not fixed?

Help, I can not create a route. I enter the names of the cities in the field FROM and TO, press the SEARCH button and the route is diplayed on the map correctly. Once I click on SAVE CHANGES the route is gone :-( The display now shows three times the world map without any route and the ROUTE STATISTICS shows a distance of 0 km. What do I wrong? Some month ago I bought the Oregon 650 and I am just disappointed: - The software often hangs up so that you need to remove the batteries. At one cacher day even 13 times. - The screen is sensitive to rain drops. If you mount it onto your mtb and cycle in rain showers, each rain or sweat drops will be interpreted as a touch on the display. - The touch screen does not work if you wear gloves. Only positiv is the display which now works also at bright sun. Summary: Oregon 650 is just crap. Buy a Oregon 400 or 450. This is much better choice.

Ok. My first query is present :-)) Thanks for your help. Now I can load more than 200 caches on my Oregon 400t and found 13 by today :-))) The three different choices are a bit confusing but with your hints I managed to create the wanted query. Thanks again

Sorry to come back to the topic: At the folder of my queries it is mentioned "Last Generated PST" = Never. Is this the problem that I do not get them sent by email? How can I generate them immediately?

Where did you hear that? Thanks for the information. I will wait until Monday (which is a public holiday in Switzerland). Then I will report. Thanks for the other comments which I will try if Monday will fail :-))

Today I tried to generate my first Pocket Queries (500 caches limit) but neither email was sent nor can I download it from geocaching.com. Spam and virus filter are switched off at both of the email accounts I tried. Now I am realy confused how to get the queries :-? Can someone help?
