  1. Thanks for your responses, everyone! I'm definitely not a techie--it took me a couple of hours to do it but I was able to map the series of caches. Now if I can just remember what I did for future reference!
  2. I apologize if this has already been asked. I've searched the forums but couldn't find this scenario. I'd like to put all the locations of a series of caches on one map and print it out so I can identify clusters and other nearby attractions that I may want to visit in the areas. I got the list of caches by doing a title search for the series. I selected all of those on page one and clicked "Map this Location" near the top of the page. When I look at the map that was created, it's obvious that it contains many more caches than what I have checked. So, my questions are: Is this even what this option is for? If so, how do I limit the map to only the caches that I'm working on? Is there a way to get the caches from all four pages of the search on the same map? If this option won't work for this, do you have any recommendations for a program that would allow me to map multiple coordinates? I even tried to manually enter the coordinates on Google Maps and found that it would not allow me to put all 74 locations on the map. Thanks in advance for your help!
  3. I've been trying to figure out what to leave for caches. In the past, I've left pens, pencils, & small toys. One of my favorite finds was a deck of cards that was actually advertising for local merchants. The person who left it may have picked it up cheaply or maybe even for free but I thought it was a nice momento of my visit to the area. For the last few months, I've been leaving crocheted items that I make (it's been snowflakes but now I'm thinking I need to switch off to a spring design--maybe a butterfly). On the one hand, I thought that others might enjoy hand crafted items as I know I would. On the other hand, I've worried that some might think handmade/homemade is tacky. Would appreciate any opinions. I like the idea of a signature item and these are definitely personal.
