How many here make it a point to find the cache that takes some wheeling to get to? There aren't too many caches posted that require some off roading to get to. I'm calling out all my fellow Jeepers to find a far-out location and post a cache! My next one will be of this sort...as soon as I find a worthy spot!

Thanks to everyone for all the help. I'm sure Garmin is the way to go and it will be worth the wait for the new software. I know the NUVI is a little more expensive, but has anyone used one for Geocaching? Looks like it could break if I take it outside...

Hello, Just looking for a new GPS that has good mapping capability. I have a Geko 201 that works great, but as we travel farther away for the next great cache, it would be nice to have a detailed map for guidance. I don't want to spend more than $300. Can i get one that has very detailed maps for less than that? I live in a small town, in a state that has alot of small towns.....if I can find it on Map Quest, will the GPS beable to give me a map as good as that? I hope so..... Thanks, in advance, for all the help!
