  1. Thx to both The Leprechauns and Cardinal Red for the explanation. It is now clear how the maps work. (I thought it had to be some form of automatic system posting as I could not see any way for the cache poster to initiate it.) I notice a couple of my caches have now been updated with the Microsoft maps. Cheers.
  2. Lots of interesting caches in HK. There are some easy ones on HK Island (you mention you have only 1 day. The outlying islands would take a bit more time.) Check out Hong Kong in the country drop down box on the www.geocaching.com home page. Re phtographic shops. You should try Stanley St (in Central district). There are a number of reputable shops there. Avoid Tsim Sha Tsui and Causeway Bay areas. Lots of sharks and rip-off merchants there.
  3. Sorry. Still no luck with the maps on the Geocaching web page. The FAQ is silent on this point. Now have 4 caches out there waiting on maps. Thx.
  4. Just check the country tab on the home page and you'll find a few...
  5. Newbie question. I have placed a cache and posted it, but can't figure out how to include a map on the web page. I can get the Microsoft map page and it shows the locn OK. How do I get this onto the Geocache.com post?
