I would love to attend this event. But the 28th is, as avr. said halloween weekend. Lots of things going on that weekend and so I know I would definitely not be able to attend then.

This sounds awesome. I have not attended an event yet so this may very well be my first. I wish I knew more people that were into Geocaching down here. Guess this will be the best way to do that.

Well that doesnt sound to hard. I actually live in Woodhaven Queens so im borderline Long Island. But I do not have a car. Also Im still without a GPS device. I should be getting one later this month though. Im sure you are all Great People. Judging by the person that put me on to Geocaching and the groups he has gone out with I would have to think nothing less of you people.

Hey all, Im new to Geocaching and am interested in looking for some fellow Geocachers to go cache hunting with.

I have had an account for a little while now but this past weekend found my first two caches. Will probably try to find some fellow NYC'ers to cache with.
