Tomorrow I plan to set my newest cache up for review. It will be 15-20ft up in a tree in my front yard, which gives it a little challenge. Here's the funny thing, until the FTF logs it, there will be no literal words in the description that says, "BRING A LADDER". The only thing mentioned is that there will be a LARGE cache prize for the FTF. Now, there there. I am nice enough to include "Requires Tree Climbing" attribute, and a short blurb that says "May need equipment to retrieve". But for those eager beavers who race to find it, they will have to go back to get a ladder, missing their chance. NOTE: The cache name will be something to the effect of "Here Kitty, Kitty." Mwahaha. Is this too wrong?

Hey, so I am wanting to place this cache that I have built. Its a water draining type cache. I have permission to place it from parks and rec. I will be concreting this into the ground, and building a french bed under it for drainage. But I'm scared that if I concrete it in it will not get published and I will have to move it. Any solutions? I need to know 100% that it will be accepted before I waste the labor and resources.

Just 2 days ago, I was doing GCC9 and in the log book (small composition book), I three pages dedicated to one troop, that found out back in 2004. Most of the logs said it was their first cache. Its cool to see others being introduced to this.

Good luck with your new business. As a marketing professional, let me give you a bit of advice: Any business, including yours, needs to have a unique selling proposition. There are a lot of people selling geocache containers on ebay already. In order to be successful, you need to do something to make yours stand out. That "something" might be a more creative container type, or some extra included with the purchase, or... I don't know, I'm really not that creative myself. (If I did know,I'd be selling caches on ebay!) But the point is, if I just typed "geocache" into the search box on eBay and I'm looking at the 926 current auctions, what's going to make me pick YOURS? If you can't answer that question, you probably aren't going to sell a lot of caches. If you can find a way to make your listings stand out, and offer a real value to your customers, then you'll make money. That was really nice of you. Jesus points to you!

Use the print screen function while browsing maps beta to screenshot it. Then paste it into MICROSOFT PAINT, then print. Voila!
