  1. I seem to get this most mornings and it usually kicks in at about 9am. Only lasts about 40 minutes or so but its still annoying if I want to get out and about soon as the kids have gone to school.
  2. Thanks for all the suggestions, I will be making full use of all the advice given and shall no doubt return with sore feet and a few more caches to add to my list Dawn
  3. Im going to London next week for a few days and want to take my brother geocaching in the city while Im there. I will be staying in Hackney, but travel is not a problem as Im a bit of a Tube junkie and we will be travelling to Earls Court and the Tate Modern during the visit. After looking at the many caches within London Im finding it difficult to choose which ones to go for. We will definately be doing the Millenium Bridge Cache but need a few more to keep us going. Could anyone recommend any that they have really enjoyed or are of particular interest. Dawn. ps, been lurking here for nearly a year and thought it time I revealed myself !!
  4. I guess you could say Simply Paul, via his Video Diary on the BBC Countryfile programme. I didnt know this at the time but since perusing his website all became clear
