After you mark a waypoint, use the bottom small button to scroll down and it will highlight when you scroll down then when you have highlighted the waypoint press the big button below the small ones and a small screen will come up for you to change the numbers. I went to Kensington and tried to reserve a shelter, but on top of the $90.00, they want 50 signatures, go figure... So at this point its not going to happen. I'll let you know if anything changes. Pat The way in is the way out

It looks like there's enough people interested that I'm going to reserve a shelter, so we definitely a place to hold this. I'll let you know what the shelter number is and its co-ordinates. Chow for now. Pat The way in is the way out

I am setting a tenative date for the picnic, it is to be on saturday July 27th. The shelters are on a first come first served basis, I am going to need a few people to help. First we have to find a shelter that has not been reserved, I can obtain that list at the vistors center, once we find the shelter someone can wait there, then we can begin to set a few signs out telling people the shelter number, or better yet the co-ordinates, or both to be safe. Let me know who wants to do what. We'll meet at the vistors center at 8:00a.m. and leave from there to find a shelter. If you want to place a temporary cache you should do so sometime before the 27th. Bring the kids, and bring a side dish, so we can have a pot luck lunch. Hey Clay, I would stay to meet as many people as I could before heading off to the woods. I like the tip on the bring your bike. I'll find out how much it is to reserve a shelter there and go from there. If it doesn't cost too much I'll spring for it myself and then direct email everyone. The way in is the way out
