well I guess i could pick a park where there are a few caches in it and thorw it out to see who will come...any ideas...im thinking like weir canyon area

if you throw it offf the trail and dont pile it up in one area...and not near a cache, dont need yogi to be sleeping on my find if i spent hours to get to it and hours to climb some ungodly hill...If you look closely you will see where wildlife hangs out and feeds and drinks

This has been covered how many times...My 2 cents is if you dont like where this is going...you can, well you know...I race many differnt things and i have seen some "garage" races turn into big events...so far I dont feel that way with this site or sport/game...come on folks lets keep your eye on whats the main thing...you GPS

Dude look down at your toes...if you can see them enjoy whatever reason it takes to get you out...or look at your kids and think about the day you get to spend with them...or the area you get to explore...if you want to do only 3+ finds, enjoy...or if your stats mean that much then you have a really adventure ahead of you cuz there are folks sitting at 200+...you can make it your own "rule" that you only do "real" caches and put it in your profile...

all I can say is OH MAY G&D...this great...keep it going...LOL ...and im sorry that some of you folks dont remember the golden rule...dont mix business with geocaching...tisktisk...watch out for the geogods..they will get ya...ooo by the way I sell amway...a clean can is a happy can...lol...no I dont sell that stuff...I dont have time...to busy LOL at this post!!!

thats about all I find in most caches...you have the right idea...its not whats in there...its the hunt...I have found a lot of things that are worth nothing and somethings that are worth (in money terms) alot...alot of caches cant handle anything large (ie: walkman) and to be honest if I did that everytime I went out, I would be broke ...I did 10 caches today and have 76 finds... lets see that over $1k...dadgum my x wife would kill me!!! well mrs. carivercpl would kill me and she loves this game!!! just think of some of these folks that have over 200 finds...I thinks its the hunt above all...I am sorry your friends dont see beyond the $$$$$...and thats my 2 cents, and I found that in a cache today....

See i would like to have all the trails is in the area reopen (getting close)...would like to find all of otis pug's caches...maybe someday reach 100...meet all the geocacher in the area...what a moment Santa i'm not done yet.....

WOW...I think what she is doing is the worst thing that I have heard of happening in this sport...The question is what can be done to this stupid person...and I agree if she is worried about the condition of the woods she should get her sorry a#$ out there and do trail repair and help clean up the forest from stupid people like herself, hey thats it she should do community service like all thieves have to do and pick up trash!!!

I do think this is it folks...we all have been out in the woods to long...dont go there those 2 guys with c-4 in there camelpack are from al Qaeda and they know that your GPS hold all the TOP SECRET code that open GW's candy jar...and dont go into anything that looks like a cave cuz bin Laden maybe in there with Jimmy Hoffa and Elvis...dadgum JoeCthulhu I want to party with you!!!The only "BOOBY"traps i ever found was some young lovers...and I dadgum neared kill myself trying to cover my daughters eyes ...happy Caching

ok for starters that FRS radio has a big .5 watt of power...and the cb only had 4 watts...unless you do Magic to them...so trying to hear somebody in the woods area going to be really tuff at best...you may want to make a post in the forum for area and see if there are going to be anyone out in your area...we use 5 watt GMRS with ch 6-14 tone 1 programmed...i can get 3 to 7 miles at best
