  1. Put us down for one each also. With only 500 being done I wouldn't think you'll have a problem with selling them at all. UtChaz
  2. A little over the norm fro $'s but we're still looking forward to ordering a couple. UtChaz
  3. Sounds good to me, thaks for the update. UtChaz
  4. Oustanding Coins...!!! We just got ours yesterday and they both turned out well, I think I like the silver one much better though. Thanks for the coins and keep us in mind should you ever want to trade or sell some more. Chaz
  5. Any list for those who made the purchase?
  6. When do orders happen? We'd love to have two.. Utchaz
  7. I like keeping them the same so they remain a set, or if you want to go all out do it that way and do it the other... Not like you won't sell them all here anyhow... LOL Chaz p.s. are you going to be contacting those who ordered the screw coins for initial purchases? I'd like 2 to match our screws.
  8. We'd like two, one nickle and one bronze if you have them. Also interested in LE if any are left. Let me know where to pay and what is still available. Chaz
  9. We got ours in the mail this weekend, they really turned out well. Hope to see some 2nd and 3rd editions along the way, (HINT, HINT, HINT) Chaz
  10. Perhaps he's just blowing steam and will come back to look at it again later... I certainly hope he doesn't do away with the trackable GC coin, it's be a shame. Why allow things to grow if you're just going to trim them back again...? Chaz
  11. Evening all, I've just recently gotten in to the whole GC thing and accidentally found out about the GC Coins. I was already an avid collector of Military coins so this also has become something of a passion for myself as well. I usually buy two and send on it's way in a cache and so forth. Jeremy I understand you're the finally decision maker for all of this and also understand how it makes you feel to see things going as you do not wish them to go. Honestly I do, being in the Air Force for 17yrs now it happens to me everyday... LOL Your site is evolving my friend, nudges from yourself and your moderators will keep it going in a direction fairly close to what you want it to be, but it won't ever be exactly how you want it to be. You've got an animal here and it'll react in ways you'd never guessed it might. Keep up the good work but don't let it all get to you too much. You'll get it there, mainly because 95% of the rest of us are with you on it, the other 5% might be also but they just don't know it yet. I'd hate to see anything go away that I've found to be quite enjoyable, including TB's and Coins. Chaz
  12. Got ours today, thanks a bunch. they look great.
  13. Got our's today, these coins really look great. Thanks again! Utchaz
  14. If you have any left over we'd surely like to have two. E-mail sent asking also... Thanks a bunch, Chaz
  15. Count me in, which ever group... I do like collecting them but will also part with them given the right cache and if it deserves it. Chaz (USAF POL)
  16. Please add our name to the list also. 17 1/2 yrs USAF POL (Gas Passer)
  17. Thanks AtlantaGal, Hard to keep up with all these strings and read every post. I now see they indeed did post about the orders, yesterday. Just got to wondering about it when had no reply per my e-mails. All is well and good in the world though. Chaz
  18. Don't know about most of you but I ordered a McKinley coin and paid for it on 13 Oct and haven't heard a thing from Oak Coins yet... Even after repeated e-mails to them asking what the @#$%?
  19. Any lists showing who gets what yet?
  20. Has the design been finalized? We'd like a Silver and a single Bronze. Let us know where/when to pay. Chaz
  21. Please ad us to the list for 2 or 3. That coin looks like a great thing, thanks for going the extra mile to get it done... Chaz
  22. We got our single yesterday, all is well. Guess they must have been busy enough not to be able to reply to all the questions. Oh well, still got it and all is well... Chaz
  23. Keystone, I'm not saying you're doing this exactly, it was a generalization to those who wish to agree with negative answers and feel comfortable just doing what others have already decided for them. generalization solely, I don't know you so I couldn't say you fit in to this category at all. Simply put the privacy concerns of all are legit but a search of this sort can be arranged without entering in to any further privacy problems than those already available. Basing the search on home coords, the person's doing the search, and comparing them to other's without the searcher seeing them is simple. Basically you'd just be able to find out who was within a certain mileage from your own home coords; then you could e-mai lthen and let the friendships and caching begin... Chaz
  24. Ashley I agree with you totally, but it look slike we're both talking to the wall. New ways won't be welcome by an organization that has already rejected this mode of thought before. A simple search engine would be exactly that, simple. Privacy wouldn't be a matter, coords dont' have to be shared, simply design the engine to show who is in the desired area, not their home coords... CO Admin... What happens if the "Local cachers" tend to be 30 minutes away and trying to find one more "Local" is all we're wanting to do? Why not embrace change if it can be done instead of sticking with the party line without discussion or thought...? IMO People, IMO Chaz
