  1. Thanks for the reply/confirmation. I thought about the whole discover part after I posted. Makes perfect sense vs a visit log. Thanks again. SoloScout
  2. I bought a trackable decal for my motorcycle. TB9TK9C I have no trouble 'visiting' caches with it but can't 'discover' it. I'm pretty sure this is by design but it leaves a ton of miles off my odometer. (I realise the trackable wasn't designed for my personal odometer but it would be nice to 'park' the bike in a log by 'discovering' it at my current location and gaining those round trip miles) Thanks for your time, SoloScout
  3. it's like trying to find a paternal parent of circular currency. way too vague. probably have to cycle off the pavement to get there. clearly I can't "Figure Out The Clue" good luck!
  4. yes, yes it is: https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines We encourage you to find at least 20 geocaches before hiding one. The more variety of geocaches you find, the better you will understand how to create an enjoyable experience for other geocachers. Find additional guidance about hiding caches in our Help Center. (looking to hide one myself I read the above)
  5. In a purchased 'cache kit', there is a dog tag set ( I understand that one) and a first to find coin with code. would you activate it or leave it not activated when hiding the 'cache kit'.
  6. I'm super new but I figured: All travel bugs are trackable but not all trackable items are travel bugs (meant to travel) Those first to find coins are trackable but I'm sure they're meant to stay with their finder.
