Can you still get free membership when registering a gps on this site as my friend was asking ,and where is the page i couldnt find it?

no to premium member !your computer needs to recognize the magellan i just download mine by the little tick box on the page it then loads and picks up my magellan and places it to the geocache file , sounds like you need to get your computer and your magellan to recognize each other

i logged a few caches on 10-10-10 got my souvineer too and ,my 100th cache

Picked up a geo coin from helvelynn brought it home but i cant log it as it doesnt have a code?? ive gone on the coins page and posted a note to say ive picked it up ,is this all i can do ?

Think ive spelt it right my husband part of our caching team is going t cumbria to climb helvelynn so i searched up there and wahhey theres a cache ,im going to get him to release my TB up there to see if it can make its way back ,cumbria is a beautifull place im extremely upset he wont take me with him as theres a few caches around but hes being caring as my legs are faulty lol Also theres a cple of geocoins in the cache something to do with hamm and radio anyone any idea what these are or mean ?

I have 2 monsters who come caching one is 13 he loves to come along to see what he can swap as he collects erasers from all over (403erasers) so far and hes found a lot in caches so its fun for him ,my other lad moans and moans about it and would rather be on the xbox ! but soon as he finds one its woohoo all a big story lol I always ask if they fancy going caching and take snacks and drinks and more times than not they have a good day

I saw an awful case of this last week i followed my GPS to the GZ and oh my god whoever it was must have searched and searched the GZ was trampled ,squashed completely ruined i found the cache close by so whoever it was wasnt even in the right area but wasd very close !

Just got my magellan and i actually thought it connected to the geo site?? anyway after having to delete all the pre loaded caches ive just sat and downloaded caches in my location , took me a while but time will tell. Any tips on using my new magellan for better performance of it???

I thought the magellan connected to the geocaching site to search for nearby caches whilst you were outdoors with it ?

we found a full box of mini jams (think they fell off a lorry )all flavours lol and my son got a scare when he found a huge lifesize halloween mask if a devill with red and black hair ??

Thats what i chose too im just wishing the postman will hurry up and bring me it lol .

Im awaiting the arrival of my new magellan explorist GC ive been using an old magellan 310 and my iphone for ages and its been a good gps but i like paperless caching .

My dad whos part of buntings24 caching team has bought a new garmin etrex and he cannot for the sake of him suss how to make it work ,even with the disk he cannot sort it ??? Hes now left it with me to try and sort ! How do you set it up and how would i input co ordinates to find geocaches ,? i need a dummie guide on how to use it for him ! can anyone help please??

By the looks of it york is packed with caches and its a beautifull city with caches all around the castle walls ,im hoping to get there myself soon to try to locate some .Good luck with the caching

I think micros are good for areas of high muggles its the fun of spotting it ,being sly and stealthy ,signing log and putting it back , my kids say its like being a spy or undercover agent lol City centres are great for micros cause theres no place to hide anything bigger ,i love the variation of cache sizes

The lite app will only show you a few to get you started when youve found them thats it!! the 5.99 app is the one that updates and shows you all caches in all areas you visit like the site ,i myself bought this app after using and completing the lite version and im glad i did so
