Anyone ever used a Garmin Legend CX with a Macintosh? If so, did it work well, and what software did you use? I've got Route 66 which is used with a mouse-style receiver. But, I would like to be able to transfer maps between the two.

I have a question about the serial cable that comes with this model. Is it a 9-pin cable, and have you ever tried to use it with a computer? I'm looking to link this to my laptop which has USB ports, but I can get a serial-to-usb connector.

I'm looking for a GPS unit, perferably a Garmin. I think the Legend would work well for me. I'm just tired of carrying a laptop around while geocaching. If you've got something along the lines of the Legend for a decent price, I'm interested. Thanks.
