  1. Fix works for the problem puzzle caches I have published.
  2. HQ have played with their code and the google drive image link code no longer works. I used code mentioned here and have two puzzle caches that worked neatly for a while, but now have broken links. GCAHKV3 and GCAJ4KK Let me know if you get a fix. Regards
  3. Looks like the edit issues have been fixed. W00t!!
  4. I have found that regardless of error messages cartridges do upload, and if you provide a link to the GUID then the uploaded cartridges are in fact visible and downloadable as .gwc to players. https://www.Wherigo.com/cartridge/details.aspx?CGUID=4690cdb0-a7e0-4e4f-a2db-b5b739a94229 https://www.Wherigo.com/cartridge/details.aspx?CGUID=b2224375-59a3-4a97-8578-ddedfbc1a29b I think that lets me get my two new whereigos in for review. Cindy. Please note the response from contact at GC was that there was no technical support available for Wherigo. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
  5. The problem is deeper than code in the cartridge. I have checked with a previously OK upload and it now gives the same error. I have 35 previous uploads of this same cartridge. All the same apart from the coordinates used in the zones. There is no html in these cartridges. I received the same message from HQ. No Wherigo support available. Does anyone have a link for the Wherigo tech forum? Thanks.
  6. Thanks for the follow up. I have now found that regardless of the error message above the cartridge has upload. 13 times!! Now I find that the edit page is not working and the cartridge can't be enabled.
  7. I have not been able to upload my cartridge's for several days. The cartridge is a cookie cutter that has be uploaded previously without any problems. Following message is received. Upload a Cartridge GWZ File Error Occurred An unknown error occurred
  8. Bloody Nanos! Spawn of satan. Burn down the Nano factory, and exterminate anyone who sells Nanos.
  9. More spawn of satan. http://www.geocachingstuff.com/nanologroller.html Someone exterminate these people.
  10. GPX edit fix does not work on GSAK 6. Still get the same error. Any other fixes for GSAK 6?
  11. Back on the subject. Do we have a decision here. How long would you like this process to last?
  12. Is that it guys. Where are all of the virtual cache lovers? Give me your vote please. This cache has WOW factor and you are only going to find out if it is approved.
  13. I have proposed a virtual cache called Backa Birk (GCMVFW) for approval. The reviewers have knocked it back and I wish to see what the general consensus of the geocaching population might be. The cache will bring geocachers to a beautiful church garden with a series of magnificent Carrera marble statues and a number of historic sites associated with the area. I think this cache complies with all of the guidelines for a virtual cache. -The location is specific. -There is a specific task to complete that cannot be completed without visiting the site. -It is inappropriate to place a physical cache at the location. -The cache has significant merit and good reasons for visiting the site. I don't think it is proper to put a physical cache at this location. I could, but at the risk of offending 600 million Catholics I think a virtual is more suitable. The specific task is identify a particular statue at GZ. I consider that a collection of world class carvings from a deceased sculptor have "wow" factor and thus be suitable for a virtual. To reiterate. I don't think it would be appreciated if we put a cache in the middle of a cathedral. But a virtual will encourage visits to the site and give it more publicity. Your thoughts please. Regards Freddo
  14. Sorry to bore you. I'm sure the question has bee asked before, but after much looking and searching I can't find the information. So here goes anyway. How do you setup background images on cache pages? What are the limitations? It is a good thing? Good Hunting Freddo
