Moony Padfoot and Prongs

Not a huge deal unless you're the one tracking 2 miles in with kids in tow that are hoping to find at least one useable swag item but didn't because the person in front of them took it without leaving anything in return. But really, the swag issues don't really bother me that much as we follow very simple rules. We ALWAYS leave something at the cache whether we take anything or not. We ALWAYS trade 1 for 1...meaning we don't take 3 things out and only put 1 in. And if we're ever in a situation where we are swagless, we simply don't take anything out. I don't care how much my kid wants that special bouncy ball...if we don't have anything to trade, they don't get it. Like many said, it's the hunt that we enjoy, not the swag. However, it would be nice to find a good one every now and then. What I really don't understand is the signature items. Are those placed with the mind that someone is to take them or are they placed there with the intent to stay in the cache? I just never figured out why the signature safety pin is supposed to impress me?

Weddlia, The pictures are posted on the site! THANK YOU for a great adventure! We left at around noon and got home at 1:30 am! We had a wonderful time and would never have found this area or the surrounding cities on our own! It amazing what there is to do just an hour of so from your home. If anyone is in Gainesville TX anytime soon, you MUST check out this zoo! Its an amazing zoo and extremely cheap! Remember to support the animals when you go. Thanks again for the cache!

I just treat anything with three leaves like PI. Of course that may seem a little extreme, but I haven't had any PI affects as of yet. Although I have a pretty bad chigger infestation right now, which is just as bad! My main rule of thumb is that if it has 3 leaves and a woody stem....I stay away. That and as soon as I get home, the clothes go into the wash, and we take showers.

Sorry to hear you are having some many problems. I love my 60C, but maybe thats because I haven't used anything else.. To delete all of the waypoints, go to the Trip Computer screen (the one with the odometer, speed, and moving times) and press the Menu key. choose the Reset option. You will see the option to clear out all of the waypoints. I use GSAK with mine, and I agree, I really really wish I had more information stored in the unit rather than having to print out the information. I will be honest, I REALLY like my unit, but again I haven't used anything else. Hope you have better luck!

And your assuming that the person who is trashing your cache is adding it to their watch list...or for that matter, even a member! I agree, I see no reason that you should see who is watching a cache. It would only lead to false accusations.
