  1. What I do is use labs2gpx, make sure you change symbol to virtual, do a radius to include the town I will be driving through, run it. Load it into my local data base in GSAK, load into my handheld GPS. Now all the waypoints will show up as virtuals, example, I will be in a parking lot tomorrow that will have waypoints for 3 different Adventure Labs showing up, therefore can do all 3 at same time without alot of backtracking or alot of unnecessary steps in the app. I only turn on my phone's data when my GPS takes me close enough, I prefer using GPS for navigation. I also just bring up the waypoint I want on GPS and copy the cords from it to my truck GPS and the format is the same, don't have to bother to convert it and drive as close as I can, then if close enough use phone, if not use hand held GPS to get me closer. Do note, they will show up as virtuals but clicking on you will know what they are.
  2. Interesting note, this morning when I zoom in from 11 to 12, I have missing caches off my map. This happens in both explorer and in chrome. So I switched over to my wife's account and the zoom feature works correctly, I can zoom right down, no problem. This is done on the same computer. It problem seems to be linked to my account somehow. Have noticed this in the past also. When I do PQ and keep my limit under 1000, some caches don't show up either. Can't see any different in settings anywhere between my account and my wife's.
  3. Thanks, did the trick. Did see filter page open on gps today from just bumping it around. Must have changed it unknowingly. Thanks again
  4. After loading from GSAK a file of 14,000 caches into a ggz file.Loaded ok. But when viewing on gps, a lot are missing. Have tried this using 2 different databases and results are the same. Everything looked good till I zoomed in on gps and seen too many missing to the point its useless to use. Going back to just loading a few (3-400) in gpx format. Unless someone has an answer, this makes the 600 no better then my 450s. Tried to only load 680 caches in gpx file, but gsak converted it to ggz and still on this small file, some caches weren't displayed. Don't know how to stop it from converting to ggz format.
  5. Mine just started doing that, you can see logs, click on bottom for logs, no maps now, I didn't do an update. Was just looking at caches and everything was normal. Then it changed to the new format. So figuring your update didn't have anything to do with it. I am running windows PC,not an ipad
  6. Route PQ have stopped working for me also. The sliding scale for how wide of search and amount of caches function doesn't work. When I do the query without then, results are a page on cito. Very frustrating as on day 36 of 42 day road trip and this will limit or stop my caching for rest of way home. I did notice the other night doing route queries that that function loaded after rest of page loaded.Below is what I am talking about Search Radius: Show Me: caches on either side. Of:
  7. Suggestion in link didn't work for me.
  8. When using advanced search, for example, searching for earthcaches, it will bring up a list, maybe 6 pages long which is what it should be doing. Everything workly correct so far, after viewing first page, going to second page,it might or might not be correct, often it defaults back to all types of caches. Some times it won't do it till page 3 or so. This will happen doing searches for other caches, like virtuals also. Using windows 7 64 bit computer. Is there a work around this? Happens also on computer using visa 64 bit.
