Team NUK was in Vegas before Thanksgiving. We got 127 caches in three days. While at the Wynn Casino, Dave tried a slot machine. Put in his (whole) dollar. Here he is holding his "winning ticket".

Spring valley and Chula Vista had NO houses destroyed. Good news.

Evacuations now ordered for parts of Julian and Eagle Peak area. Problem is that most of the phone lines are down so reverse 911 will not work. They are trying to get the news out through the media.

8 just had footage of some BIG houses destroyed in Rancho San Diego. A spot fire was spotted by the copter and it circled as a firetruck arrived and stopped what was getting to be a spreading fire. They got it out while the copter watched.

I was just watching channel 8. They were showing the miller road area. As they panned by ALL the houses to show them intact, I noticed smoke coming from the roof of the aforementioned green house. I hope the fire crew sitting right next to it notice!

I have found over 800 caches with my 3600. Not waterproof. Don't even think of getting it wet. Get cachemate and install it on the 3600.
Pros:
Pocket queries work pretty good. Cachemate even has an add-on which has a pointer and distance listing.
Cons:
I never could figure out how to get my finds off the 3600 - GSAK?
You can't see the caches from the pqs unless you transfer them one at a time to the address book.
I have the colorado 400t now. Best of both worlds. Almost paperless caching. Until they let me enter log entries on the Colorado, I enter them into cachemate on the 3600. Great free Palm games on the 3600 from freepalmware.com.
