I am also having this problem. Have tried reloading the app and all other 'fixes' still show me as a basic member. WOOHOO got it fixed, reloaded it AGAIN and this time it worked, thanks!!

Thanks :-) I also switched from using my iPhone to a Magellan eXplorist GC and had downloaded the manual for it but obviously didn't read it well enough.
