i knew there was an easier way!!!! lol.. now that i know it i will use it!!!

There is an easier way, but the way i do it for my neice is after i log mine, i have all the pages still open on my computer. i then click the "log this cache" when i get them all to the logging page, i sign myself out on a different page and sign her in, theni go to each page and log them for her. when i press enter it automaticaly makes them on her page. or, if you will not be on the same computer, go to the page where you enter your log, copy the address and paste it to an email. have them sign into their account and then go into their email and click each link. (-: i hope i made sense.. it is much easier to show. (-:

lol, tell my sister this... she told me some kid fell off a bike and her dog bit him.. she said he was lying.. the dog has bit me 3 times.. once bringing blood, twice just nipping and mad.. so the day her dog walked into my moms house and my dog jumped up and tried to kill it, i did not feel bad... maybe i should have, but i didnt.. some people will make excuses for their dogs, just like they will an abusive family member.

there are more sites for finding geocaches than this site... maybe if enough people were interested, then you could start your own gps find site... i am sure it would have a good following...

haha... i actually agree with that point... but at the same time, the only time i delt with not being premium, it was a nightmare.. (a few weeks ago when my premium ran out). I mean, it is just 30$. Alot of people spend that in one day on food, smokes, drinks, random off the wall stuff, shirts, dr, and lots of other things.. lol..

Well, within 2 hours today, I logged it online and it was placed as active!!! noone has went to find it yet. )-: I am so glad i got to recycle this awesome cache!!

It is 30$ a year.... It is good family fun... Taking the family out for lunch once will normally cost more than 30. With the membership you can find all the cool ELITE caches and have a picinic at them, several times, for less than 30... Buying the membership actually SAVES you money, makes you snobbishly cool, and it makes your caching life SOOOOOO much easier!!

The ones of mine - which are not in smyrna- that i have placed as premium, all came with super special ftf prizes. i have been a premium member since before i even started. i joined the site, ordered a gps, and before it got here, i became premium. i figured i have spent more money on other random things, what could it hurt. there is a way he could log them, if the cache owner deletes them, then ok, but more than likely they wont. most of the ones around here that are premium is because we have people stealing the ammo cans.

I think that is what i am going to do. It is a sea turtle, but covered in mud. We had actually looked for the multi and could not find stage 1 so we were playing around in the water. there was a rock wall. I noticed a turle sitting on the wall. IT LOOKED REAL!!! we thought it was a petrified turtle because it was covered in mud. picked up a stick and poked at it, then i noticed the sea turtle legs, something that is not in Tennessee!! Still I was afraid to touch it, but I got it and was like "no way" I pulled its head off and sure enough there was a bison tube inside that gave the coords to final cache, we proceded on, but the container was in pieces and busted up. The cache has now been archived for months. Tomorrow my niece and I are reaching milestones. Her 100 and me 300. I decided it would be a good time to hide some more!!

we had someone like that in our area.. well from what i heard. all of my logs were signed by one person and the online log by someone else, so i figure that was the same person. however, this person would log hundreds between 2-3 counties a day. actually, no i am getting confused. there were 2 of them. one logging several counties during the day and the other just random here and there. if someone logged online and did not sign my log, i would email them first.. sometime people do forget to sign.. not often, but it happens.. it sucks when you realize and you have to turn back around to sign!!!

There is a multi that has been archived because the first stage is missing, and the third stage is destroyed. The owner has not been online in over a year. The second container is awesome. IT is a turle micro. looks real, and where it sits at is the perfect place. Would it be ok to put a log in it, place the coords online for a new cache and make reference to the original owner? (giving him credit for making the container)

In one of the boxes on a listing page, you will see a little black sholders/head figure. this is for premium members only. on the right side of your profile page, scroll down, go to pocket queries and from there you can do all kinds of searches.

i picked one up in south carolina and was on my way back to tennessee before i knew it was only wanting to travel between NY and PN or something like that.. the person before me didnt realize and thats why they took it to SC. when we realease ours, we are going to also attatch mission tags to ours telling what their goal is.. i thought i was going to have to make them, but i found a site that already has them made, you just fill in blanks, print, laminate, and attatch!! i think doing this is a great idea if their is a certain mission. edit: here is a link to that site: http://www.dreamcircle.com/gcache/TB_Mission_cards.pdf

I have moved a few travel bugs and what i am wondering is if you have the travel bugs with you when geocaching, should you let them visit each cache so they can get more milage on them? How would you want your travel bug treated?

When I joined, I didnt realize that i would be chosing a name to write down on caches.. (they should tell you to choose your name wisely) I just chose username that i had recently started using on other sites. Breaking down FFEMT1721: FF: firefighter (i am a volunteer firefighter) EMT: emergency medical technician (i work as an emt) 1721: my unit number on the fire dept. One of these days when I think of a name that suites me better, I will change it, but for now I am sticking with it!! (-:

thanks for asking this question. it was what i was looking for. my mom, son, boyfriends son, 2 neices, boyfriend, and random others join me when i search. the more some of them do it, the more they are likeing it, and are wanting to start signing the logs, so they have been thinking of making their own accounts... thanks everyone who answered this too!!

it is perfectly fine. i have seen a user on here that is just an infant, couldn't even raise his head when he started. he is even a premium member... My son and boyfriends son want to make their own accounts so they can start signing logs, but they are too lazy to do it.. lol. .

lol, i had this same idea.. never checked on the price, but figured if i got my stone made before i died then some hunting could go on before then and then have a cito event at my funeral!!!

No need for a workaround. Just type the verification address the system sends to your phone into the browser on your computer. problem solved... i had tried this the other night, but my phone didnt get the whole address.. i had it resend code and this time it got the whole address.. thanks all!!!

I'm afraid that my first attempt was "knot" a work of art My son gave me a good naturedly, "Atta Boy Dad!" it doesnt seem that you have anything on the inside.. most people put a die on the inside. some also use a steel ball. it is also helpful to get 4 pencils and tape them in two separate pieces, then use them to hold the die.. yes i do know how to make these, but i have tried and tried, but mine do not come out right... (-:

verizon.. i already know the phones email address, its just when i signed it up to recieve notifications, i got a text that said click the link the verify the email. i cant click the link in my phone because i do not have email..

thanks to the ones who understand where i am coming from. to the ones that are putting more words into what i said, they need to reread the original paragraph. i was not mad that someone beat me to the ftf, i expected that anyways. i was upset that, like someone else said. it seemed a little fishy. i can probaby guarentee that this person will not even attempt to look for another until the next cache in the series is published. someone called them a noobie.. they have been a member since feb, only cached in feb-march, that is when they found their 10 caches. i have only been a member since july... i never said anyone cheated.. how can you cheat in a game with no rules? for those who felt that i was taking this out on them, i was not.. do you have a guilty conscience? my son doesnt like hiking because he has asthma and allergies... something that nature makes miserable.. also, he actually did not whine the whole day. (i remember someone saying he needs to quit whining.) we have tried to make these before. i still have the nylon cord.. its not as easy as it looks.. lol i didnt want to exactly mention that... didnt want people to think that i was hating on boyscouts. I can't give mine away. It was a FTF prize, after all. Of course, the OP and his son could simply of these. It might be an enjoyable little fatther/son project, after all. thats not going to happen, my sons father left 9 years ago...
