  1. have a Mac and the 62st and all I have to do it drag my downloaded GPX file folders into the GPX file. Piece. Of. Cake. Then when I'm all done, I can upload the found geocaches file to geocaching.com and easily log finds.
  2. I use the in and and out buttons to change my view when I think something is blocked.
  3. I have the 62st and really didn't worry much about the turn-by-turn since I have a Droid. I'd really only use TBT in a urban setting where I have good service and then use it in conjunction with my Garmin. However, when I recently used the Garmin for urban caching, we had no problems reading the street maps on the screen and getting there without TBT.
  4. Hadn't even thought of keeping both....hmmm....
  5. This year my family loved me. A LOT. So much my boyfriend got me the Garmin 60st, and my aunt got me the Garmin 60CSx. Which do I keep!? I see the 60CS is dearly loved and well rated, but the 60st is a very new release for this, and it seems some kinks have been worked out (from what I've read online) and it's gaining a following too. This will be my first GPS from using a Motorola Droid alone. Gotta act fast, I have a big, freezing cache event on January 15!
  6. I wish i found it sooner too. Would make great Christmas gifts.
  7. Does it not have USB to connect to computer to upload PQ?
  8. Became a premium member today and loaded local PQ to GeoBeagle through Bcaching. Seemed to work ok, kept up while driving, and took me right to the cache. Attempted to load PQ for city 25 miles away (where I work) and will see if they pull up on Friday.
  9. You can download cache data without being a PM and, using a PC tool like GSAK (very cool, it's even free to try) you can create GPX files. Those GPX files can then loaded into GeoBeagle/etc. You basically create a GPX file rather than downloading it via a PQ. Works great. No PM/PQ/Bcache required. I'm a Mac user with Droid phone, so most of those acronyms went over my head.
  10. From what I can gather. GeoBeagle and Bcache really only work for premium members. Which feels rather discriminatory. Can't do pocket queries unless you are PM. Which, if you're a newbie (like me) with a budget (like me), is a downer.
