Just in case it helps: the live map requires that the PNG for a given tile is requested before the JSON information for the same tile is. Hasn't the backend software changed somehow and the timings are not set right? Couldn't the backend be confused and think that at the time the JSON information is requested the PNG hasn't yet? It might be a race condition.

Il suffit de faire "actualiser" dans l'application et cela synchronisera les données rentrées sur le site. De même, des coordonnées modifiées dans l'application peuvent être synchronisées avec le site lors de la sauvegarde.

I fail to understand why <tab> would be a "problematic character". At worst, it should result into a not-so-pretty field notes record when viewed on geocaching.com, shouldn't it? How could it result into an absent record?
