I have published a couple of Challenge caches and am thinking of publishing more. I feel strange asking this question, as I should know, but I have forgotten the correct order of the steps to publishing a Challenge cache. After I check for an available location, do I approach the reviewer next, or project gc, for the checker? Any help would be appreciated.

I have created a new, not yet published, Adventure Lab, but I can't find how to add the time needed to complete.

For a Challenge cache I have seen loggers attach their Project GC checker results in their logs to prove meeting requirements. How do I do that?
