  1. From the Help Center: Enter solved coordinates on the Geocaching® app Choose a Mystery Cache and select Waypoints. Select Posted Coordinates under Existing Waypoints. Select the pencil icon. Input new coordinates and select Save. When you have entered solved coordinates in this way for Mystery Caches (specifically updating the POSTED COORDINATES), you will see the solved coordinates icon on the Geocaching® app and on Geocaching.com: It will automatically sync between the app and website.
  2. Geocaching HQ is making an ongoing effort to leverage technical advances to support faster development on Geocaching.com. We are currently moving several pages to a more modern tech stack. The following pages will be moved to this framework over the next several months. With today’s update, the following pages have been moved: Cache owner dashboard Hide a Cache page Pages that will be moved soon: List Hub List Details Homepage (when logged in) Search, Search filters, and Search results Search map No major functionality is changing with this update. You may notice some small styling changes to reduce white space and to increase accessibility for players who access the website with screenreaders or a keyboard. We plan to post in this thread when we update the other listed pages. Ari (ari54321) is watching this thread to answer questions whenever possible. Any posts in this thread should relate to features in this release. Comments unrelated to the release may be removed. Please direct unrelated comments to other appropriate threads. Thanks!

  7. Thanks for letting us know. It does appear that the automatic archival of Events stopped around September 22 or 23. We will notify the engineers and get it started again. We appreciate you reporting this.
  8. Sorry for the delay, but I can confirm that the team is still exploring options to make the log date sticky again and does plan to roll this out once they have completed the coding and testing.
  9. Update from Geocaching HQ: For the time being, we have decided not to retroactively reduce the maximum geofence to 500 meters (0.31 miles) for existing Adventure Locations that had a geofence limit higher than 500 meters. We may revisit this decision about retroactive changes in the future. We still encourage Adventure creators to archive existing Adventures with geofences greater than 500 meters. You can fill out this form by August 1, 2023, and we will issue you a new credit to create a new Adventure after August 1st. As a reminder, as of July 3, 2023, all new Adventure Locations are limited to a geofence no greater than 500 meters.

  11. This change was made as part of the website update in April 2021 -
  12. Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. We made a mistake highlighting an Adventure that does not meet the current Adventure Lab guidelines. We have therefore added the following text to the top of the blog post: "Disclaimer: Oops! We missed a key detail before publishing this blog post. The Adventure highlighted in this blog post uses UV writing, which is considered a physical object and is not allowed in Adventures per the Adventure Lab® guidelines."

Thanks for reporting. We will notify engineering and wake up the hamsters.
  14. We don't have a timeline, but I have heard from engineering that they are looking into fixing this. The current implementation is no longer possible due to cookiebot issues so we are seeking a new solution. Please be patient.
  15. The specific filters only show up if you have caches that have been marked as needing maintenance, are currently disabled, have an unanswered Reviewer Note, or are low health.
  16. Quick update - the fix was pushed to production. Now you can use the filters to help you do maintenance on your caches again!
  17. The engineering team is working on a fix and hopes to have this out within the next few days.
  18. We are aware of the issue and have brought it to the attention of the engineering team. We know that some recent changes were made to help prevent other problems on the website.
