The easiest thing to do, since you're a Premium Member of geocaching.com, is to use "Pocket Queries". Make sure you're logged in at gc.com and then go to: http://www.geocaching.com/pocket/ to generate a pocket query. Your PQ will be emailed to you on the day you specify, and can contain up to 500 waypoints (caches). Each time you receive a new Pocket Query, you load it into GSAK, and GSAk will update your existing waypoints and add new ones. See this post on the previous page. i saw that function... but it only sends you .loc files. i want to use the other format... or is there not big of difference?

Does GSAK automatically update waypoints you have stored that i have downloaded from the geocaching website? meaning: i download the .gpx file format, loaded it into GASK, and i can view who recently found it and info by viewing waypoint in offline brower. do these update themselves at all or do i need to download the file again and reload it in?

To upload waypoints / maps to my legend, must i only use the software i have to buy from the website? I use GSAK to manage waypoints. am i able to upload those directly to my Legend? waypoints i have stored on my handheld..... again do i need software i have to buy through the website to download those and manage them?

i dont know if i am not being clear here or what. it asks me to put in my method for matching placed caches; i chose to use user id # for geocaching.com. I do not need to know the number that is assigned to me to this site. If this number is the same, thats all i need to know, but i can not get a clear answer. Where on the Geocaching.com site can i find my user number. I now hope what i am asking for help on is a littler clearer.

i am using GSAK to manage waypoints. i need to find out the user ID number for geocaching.com, not this site. if they are one and the same, i need to know this. The program requires that in order to properly track, or whatever it does, i supply the login number, and not my log in name, from the geocaching.com website.

i see the number now, but does that number apply to me as well on the geocaching.com website as well?

need to find out my gc.com login id # and have no idea where to find it. Looking to find out how, about it.
