I just archived a stolen cache in order to place a new one. The reviewer says he can't approve it because the old one was placed on October 1 and "Geocaching expects at least 3 months for a cache." I never saw that in any of the rules, it isn't fair, and I'm not at all happy with it. If I can't publish the new one, can I re-activate the stolen one and replace it? In any case, I don't understand the reasoning!

After receiving a reply to an email with a few instructions, I see the new map will do what I want. I think when you make "IMPROVEMENTS," it would be a good idea to include some basic instructions for users - especially those of us who hate change.

I hate the changes! It has taken me 3 weeks since submission and my cache still isn't published. I had NO problems before with over 60 caches published. If it ain't broke, DON'T FIX IT

They have my credit card info and renewed me automatically. That's why I don't understand.

I have found 42 caches since renewing my premium membership, but didn't get credit for favorite points. Why not? Thanks

I don't have internet at home, so whatever the browser, etc. is on the computers at libraries and senior centers. These include Explorer, Mozilla, and Chrome. In almost every case, Java Script is enabled.

The recent changes to the web site have made things VERY difficult for me. On the main page after I sign in, if I click on "find a cache", nothing happens. Actually, clicking on any topic there does nothing. It took three tries to figure out how to get to my profile, but playing the game (after several years) has me stumped! When upgrades make things harder, I wonder WHY did they do that? Is it a cruel joke? Maybe you could send directions by e-mail when the changes are extreme. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I created quite a few caches and hid them with a friend. She hasn't been active in geocaching for well over a year, and we decided I should adopt them. What do I need to do?

I used to look at cache maps and there was a LIST of them - number, name, and GC number. This made it easy to plan a day. WHAT HAPPENED???? Now it's just a map with icons. YUCK!!!

I'm thinking about hosting an event and have read the Guide. Is it possible to offer a souvenir in addition to the activities?

When I found a Geocoin ( at Mentor Drive In Theater on 11-18-10)and took it to a new location (on 11-26-10), I must have done something wrong when I logged it. The coin doesn't show up in MY info, it does show up where I left it (Welton's View of the Fair), but it doesn't show that I dropped it off in my profile. I went back to the log to try to re-drop it, but it didn't show up as something I COULD drop off. Please help me fix this.

Go to the page with the duplicate logs and click the "view / edit / logs / images" link on one of the duplicates. when that page opens there will be a "Delete log" button on the top left, click that and I think you have to confirm that you really want to do it. Then go back to the cache page and in the remaining log click the link "upload an image for this log" and add your photo. THANK YOU very much. (I'll try to be more careful.)

I dropped off a geocoin, which i noted in my "found it" log. then I wanted to upload an image, but it was still in my camera. I thought I could delete the log, then add the photo to a new version of the log. OBVIOUSLY WRONG, but is there a way to fix this. Editing it won't work, and i don't have any other ideas. What's actually there now is the log and a copy of the log. I'm hoping to have it be just one log and, if possible, to add the photo.

I had a couple of souvenirs and submitted a question. By the time I got an answer, (which was fast) they were gone!!! Where'd they go and why? Taking them seems pretty rude to me.

I'd like to delete a geocache from my device that I've already found and logged. Is this possible? I can't find anything about this in the manual or when I try HELP on the GPS.
