I don't understand what people get out of a virtual TB drop at a virtual cache. Take for instance "No futher south from here" (GCHN13). If the geocacher posted a virtual tb drop does that mean they were there. According to their stats they did not record it as a find. Please help me understand.

I was the second to find a cache in plainfield, in. The owner placed a few of those Lance Armstrong yellow wrist bands. I thought those were a pretty good trade.

I am sure I am not the only one this has happened to. I was walking along a trail the another day with my eTrex around my neck. I pick it up to check my path and fallen tree branch caught me jeans and through me off balance. As I was falling forward my natural reactions kicked in for me to put out my hands to catch myself. Well for some reason my hand did not want to let go of my eTrex. As the slack of the lanyard became straight the little yellow piece of plastic that you slip the lanyard through snapped off. Besides slipping the lanyard through the battery cover thingy are there any good varaitions out there for me to keep using a lanyard? Thanks, Memkin
